My fiancée and I had THE BEST experience here! We needed a suit for an upcoming wedding and Kevin immediately greeted us and started to get a feel of what we were looking for. Before we knew it, he recommended the perfect fit for him, got his measurements, picked out shirts for him to try on with the suit, and had his tailor mark up adjustments to get it perfect. Kevin even styled it all with different tie and pocket square options for us to choose from. Secondly, I live in New Jersey and for whatever reason they have added a sales tax at the regular state tax rate even though suits are not subject to sales tax in New Jersey. We are very happy customers at this location. Purchased 2 suits (me and partner) for an upcoming wedding (not ours) and Roman is the BEST!! Now, I haven't worn a suit since 2018, so I had no idea what size I was -- plus I've lost over 25 lbs since 2020 so I knew all my everyday clothes are too big for me. Roman fitted me into a gorgeous grey suit, and his skill was to match dress shoes, a dress shirt, and a tie to that suit. Then, there's the tailoring at the store. He measured us both for the adjustments and when we returned to pickup the suits after alterations, we made sure to try on the suits and thank goodness Roman was there to make right was were poor alterations on both pants (suit coats were perfect though). Both pants legs were wrong (mine too short, partner's too long). Roman fixed them both and in 10 minutes, we were looking like models! Also, they sell Michael Strahan clothing, which are very stylish, but not our sizes, and a bit flashy for a wedding suit. Highly recommend this store but make sure you try on the clothes after any alterations as they almost lost 1 star for the tailoring. read more

I went to the Maple Shade, NJ store last night to buy dress pants. I did not know exactly what colors I wanted and sizing is always a challenge. As soon as I walked into the store Lauren greeted me and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Lauren went through all of the racks to find the size and colors that I wanted. She was excellent! She was extremely patient with me and made some great suggestions. She knows the product lines and different manufacturers very well. She told me which manufacturers would be the best fit for me and she was 100% correct! I have been a customer at other Men's Warehouse stores and cannot say I received nearly the same kind of attention that I did from Lauren. I will be going to the Maple Shade store because of the great experience I had. If she is not a manager, she should be! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Lois, the salesperson who "helped" our bridal party, was rude, offensive, and a nightmare to work with. She began by insulting the best man for having dog hair on his sweatshirt (and not in a joking way), in a way that was belittling and quite snide. She then proceeded to fat-shame the groom, loudly insisting that "we don't make a vest THAT big; he'll have to wear a clip-on bib!" and repeating how they don't make vests "that big" (he's an XL, by the way, and shops in "regular" stores). There are no suits or tuxes to actually try on. They have one jacket in a few sizes for measurement purposes. You can't see any vest/tie combos, because they are in pieces on a ring and can't actually be put together. When Lois was asked about combinations of colors, she was huffy and kept saying, "this is what we have. This is what you get." Selection of vests/ties/shirts is minimal at best, and dealing with Lois was headache-inducing. The employees pushed buying custom suits instead of rental. I see why - rentals are about $250 (INCLUDING FOR SMALL CHILDREN!!!). This is not the place to rent a suit or tux for a formal event. I told Lois at the beginning of the appointment that we were there to get ideas about what the guys would like and see what they had and that we were not ready to make a decision today, as we were shopping around for the wedding. I was very clear about this at the beginning of the appointment. After we agreed on a potential look to consider, Lois demanded down payments. I reminded her that we were there to get ideas and that we had a few other places to check out - this decision was solidified when we realized how few choices there actually were - and, of course, after two of the four men were insulted by Lois. She got very loud and threw up her hands and practically yelled, "Well then I have to delete everything from the computer!" I reminded her of our conversation less than 40 minutes earlier and she had sudden amnesia. She was nasty and said, "You'll have to start all over when you come back, then!" Fine. Just get us out of here. I gave her my card for a deposit for all the guys to hold the measurements in case we didn't find suits elsewhere. I had a $40 off rental coupon. Lois was, obviously, huffy about that, too. She gestured to her computer and said, "it only took $30 off, so the price you're getting isn't right on the paperwork." I wasn't going to sign for a different price. "Well I'll have to call corporate," she practically sneered. "I'll wait," I said patiently. Magically, she was able to strike a key or two and enter the correct price (imagine that). I put a deposit down for all 4 suits on one card, after ensuring the deposit was fully refundable. Lois assured me it was. I cancelled later that day (four days ago) and she was equally snide when I called to cancel, exasperated that she had to process the $100 refund. She told me "it has to be four $25 refunds." I'm still waiting for the refund. AVOID MEN'S WAREHOUSE. AVOID LOIS AT ALL COSTS, unless you like to be insulted. If you need a suit or tux, please go to Formal Expressions on Rt 38. They have incredible selection, wonderful customer service, and prices FAR below Men's Wearhouse. You can try on all their combos in full. Oh, and absolutely no fat-shaming. read more

This was the smoothest tux transaction i have had here over the last 10 years. I have rented tuxes for my wedding(s), special events and other peoples weddings all at this location. Depending on the year, day an time you show up will make a difference in your experience. They have the process down pat, and they also make it easy for returns and rentals across the country. This most recent transaction (being the best man in my friends wedding) went perfectly for me. Years ago i wish i could say that for my wedding lol. I would love to buy clothes at this location, however their clothes are extremely overpriced in comparison to department stores in the mall across the street. read more

Purchased everything at the beginning of October and was told the tie had to be ordered an would arrive in about a week and a half. Just got my tie today which was about 3 weeks later. I rented a tux for my daughter's wedding. The tux wasn't ready for pick up cause the had the wrong shirt style. The shoes were too narrow. I waited for them to adjust the coat sleeves. Went back the next day and got the right shirt and shoes. Day of the wedding is when I noticed the right leg length was shorter than the left. The sleeves were terrible all twisted at the cuff and hot pressed. The best men is a 36 S and his coat was a 40 L. They had to alter the entire coat. This is the rentals. I would not recommend them. Rude staff. I had some items I needed to return that I purchased from another store. I called them beforehand and asked if I can return them and they immediately responded, "Yes that would be no problem at all". I drive out there to find out they wouldn't accept my return because some of the items were still at the warehouse and it would be "too difficult to manage the inventory". The store associates were all very friendly and helpful. We picked navy blue suits for our wedding however they did not have matching ties and bowties in the same navy as the suits which resulted in us having to purchase for all the groomsmen, groom, and additional people to match which was costly. Additionally they discontinued our shoes so there were a few groomsmen that were told they had to have different shoes. It wasn't until the bride and groom got invovled that another solution was found. Lastly, the deal for the groom is a free rental but other places offer a free suit to keep which I wish I knew before moving forward with this option. The other issue was upon pickup the bride and groom had to wait over 1.5 hrs to even be called to be seen. It appeared there was only 1-2 associates working so it wasnt necessarily their fault but it was a LONG process. Overall it was an ok experience and the suits looked great but there was a few issues. read more

My fiance and I went here recently to pick out a tux for our wedding, and received some of the worst customer service we've ever encountered. As others have said, the staff is incredibly rude at this location. Because of how we were treated, we left and went to Men's Wearhouse a couple miles away in Cherry Hill and had a great experience. From the second we walked through the door, we were greeted by no one (even though there were at least 4 employees sitting around), and when we told them why we were there, the girl at the desk curtly replied, "What kind do you want?" offering no suggestions or help. When I told them our wedding colors (we previously purchased our bridesmaids gowns at David's Bridal, which is part of the same company), they seemed to have no idea what color we were referring to. She threw their swatches at us and told us to pick one. When we said none of the colors on that palette really matched up, she rolled her eyes and walked away and offered no help. The entire time we were trying to explain it, the girls were looking at each other and rolling their eyes while smirking at us. Not only did we feel we were imposing on them by even coming in to shop, but they gave us the sense they were annoyed we were even there. Never again. Like I said, we went to Cherry Hill, and the store was more attractive, cleaner, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I don't need a red carpet rolled out, but come common courtesy and respect towards customers would be nice. Seriously, avoid this place. read more

I highly recommend shopping with Patrick, a true professional. He was extraordinarily helpful. Patrick was frank and constructive when it came to choosing the right suit. Everything Patrick said about what could and should be done to make the suit look like a custom fit was confirmed by our own tailor. All for a really good price - hundreds less than other stores. Planning ahead helped a lot. I looked at suits on-line, got an idea of what they had and what we might prefer. Then called ahead and just happened to get Patrick. He check inventory for the specific sizes we wanted so no wasted trip. By the time we got there, he had several styles and color options laid out for us. His taste in color coordination for shirt and tie was impeccable. We were prepared for sales pressure. Didn't happen one bit while here. We got the sales prices on everything, no bait and switch as we've experienced elsewhere. Lastly - before you go, look on-line for coupons. Saved us more on top of sales prices. read more

Sent the wrong color vest again for the second time a day before the wedding. Complete bullshit. Someone is not doing their job at this store location in NJ. Pretty frustrated. Came to this location for a couple pairs of slacks. Price was reasonable but when it came to tailor hemming...disaster. Picked the slacks up on a Friday and didn't look at them until Monday morning. To my surprise the slacks had cuffs...because I specifically requested no cuffs and the slip sttached to the rear-end button said as much. Came back to the store and told this could be fixed in 15-20 minutes so I waited; they made the best of the situation. Obviously my complaint isn't the end of the world but one of the things that bugs me most is lack of attention to detail. A quick glance at the order form would have saved both myself and the tailor valuable time. Overall I've been satisfied with the clothing and interaction at various Men's Wearhouse stores but I think next time I'm going to look at my options a bit closer. read more

We came to the store to rent a tux for my son's prom. He selected the style, got measured, and we were given a date to come pick it up a few days before prom - so far so good. One problem we did encounter was that we had a 40$ off coupon but were given only 10$ off (since the other 30$ are already baked into the price) a total scam right there, bit we let it go. When we came back to pick up the tux and my son tried it on, however, the sizing was completely off! They had to remeasure him and since they weren't able to fix it on the spot, we were told to come back in a few days - on the day of prom!!! never had such an issue when renting from other places! Seems like the salesmen there are concerned only with selling the stuff - the rest doesn't matter. Will never set my foot in that store again!! read more

My fiancé and I came to this location in July to pick out tuxes for him, the groomsmen, and the ring bearers to wear at our wedding in October. The process felt rushed, couldn't really see what they would be wearing, and they told us the could accommodate everyone (even the 1.5 year old ring bearer). We had until Sept 4. for the groomsmen to be fitted. On the 2, I learned that the vest we chose only came to a size 2x, and our best man was measuring a 3x. Not one associate told us in July that the vest we chose stopped at 2x, which is important when your groomsmen aren't wearing jackets! When I called them, the associate said "well what do you want me to do, go to the factory and make it?" I was appalled. Luckily, the manager was able to offer another vest for us which cleared up the mess. I was very thankful for that because this vest turned out to be a little nicer. Today, 9/7, we learned that they do not have sizes for my 1.5 year old nephew, so we now need to buy him and the other ring bearer a suit so that they will match. Wedding planning is frustrating itself, but this made the process even more frustrating and now were scrambling to make sure everything turns out right. I felt that we were "yes-ed" to death on everything to make sure they got the same but didn't truly understand our wants and needs, which angers me. I am glad the manager tried to make it right but I will not be coming back here in the future. read more

We used Mens Warehouse for our wedding tuxes. Everyone got measured and received the tuxes with no problems. They were all clean and they all fit. I think all the boys looked very hawt. ;-)They have nice styles, but they limit a bit severely for prom season. I didn't like you couldn't try on the style jacket you were ordering, but it became a moot point. I got a great deal for them from the Bridal Expo ($59.99 for any complete combo, plus the grooms is still free). At that amazing price, you can't really complain. read more

He had been measured way before hand so I'm confused as to why this tux was so horrible. Staff was unconcerned and made no attempt at fixing the problem. Two days before his event and my grandfather has to go like this because he has no time to go anywhere else. Very rude and nonchalant manners. Incompetent workers! I went there with my brother and fiance to get my brother's measurements for a rental tux and to buy a few items for myself. After signing in, we waited for 45-50 mins as there were a couple of people ahead of us. I asked one of the workers if I'm here to shop, would I have to wait in line with the fitting customers. He said "no and someone will be right with you". Turns out that someone was just standing there talking to a customer after they have already made a purchase. my wait for this someone ended up longer than my brothers measurement wait time. I then proceeded to tell this gentleman what I needed to buy and he told me that they do not sell what I'm looking for and that I should rent it. As he was going to show me what I should rent, he got side tracked by a customer then another customer and kinda just left me half way through a sentence and went behind a counter to tend to customers who just walked in. There are many other problems such as workers who are not familiar with computers who took a long time to find us in the system even though we gave them all the required info. Avoid this store at all cost unless you have all day to waste and deal with incompetent people. read more

I've shopped here many times in the past for Tux rentals as well as suits. Most of my experiences were average until the most recent. I went in to buy a suit and the salesman wasn't bad, but definitely came across as a snooty little pr***. He kept trying to push towards the most expensive suits they offer. Eventually bought a suit (that was not cheap by any means) that needed some alterations. I also bought a belt, cologne and 2 shirts from them. 1 of the shirts needed to be ordered in my size. He proceeded to tell me... "We will call you when your shirt comes in and when your suit is ready for pickup". I got a call about 2 weeks ago about the shirt which was ready for pickup, but no mention of the suit. So I called just now to find out when it would be ready. The guy on the phone was rude and told me they gave me a claim ticket at the time I bought the suit with a date it would be ready. I told him this was never explained to me and I was told I would receive a phone call The ******* has the balls to tell me... "You must have forgot, cause we told you!". This past experience has left a sour taste in my mouth for this place and after reading the rest of the reviews on Yelp, apparently this is not uncommon. I will certainly never return to this store and highly recommend staying away from it at all costs unless you absolutely have no choice in the manner. read more

The laziness in me made me just say "forget it" and I stopped in tonight to the Moorestown Mall location around the corner from my apartment. The purpose of this trip was to get measured for a suit that I'll be wearing at my sister-in-law's wedding in May. I walked in and headed for the front desk. I explained what I needed and the associate there helped me find my main man Devon (hope I spelled it right). Devon got right to it and started taking my information, then measurements. He was very professional and attentive the whole time, and nailed my sizes on the first try. Can't complain about a thing. I can't speak for everyone who works there, but if my main man Devon is working, just know you'll be hooked up. read more

I'm not sure if maybe there is a different staff now, but I went there August & early September 2014 for my wedding tux. My fiancé went to David's bridal (sister company) and picked out not only her dress, but the bridesmaids' dresses as well. The staff around the shop seemed to stay busy and had been helping people in the surrounding areas, I didn't see any "sitting around" for sure. I personally dealt with the older gentleman (who could have been a supervisor, wouldn't surprise me, very professional) he not only spent the time helping me find the correct colors, but also the designs on my vest but even let me try on a few shirts and went over every single last detail and difference between all the choices. There are quite a few different vest/shirt designs, and even more colors, and he had no issue going over every one of them and multiple times no less. All in all had an amazing experience and my best man and groomsmen had similar great experiences. (PS- also there was someone who posted a review saying they were told 38 was too large for anything in the store is nuts. There was a ton of 38"-40"+ pants and large shirts. As a matter of fact... I'm a 38!! Had not a single problem. Please don't listen to the same guy who can't write a review without using crude language.) read more

My husband had ordered a couple of sports coats and suits online from their website. However, we had to return them as the size was not right. When we went to this store to return them, the old salesman didn't even ask the reason and was very rude. The comment he made was "just coz it's cheap doesn't mean it is good" and stood there with his out of this world attitude. We never realized they sold their bad stuff online(according to him). Never going to this store again. Let them grab their good stuff in store and sit there forever. read more
