Super rude employees. I witnessed an older man employee with glasses and a goatee make fun of a costumer immediately after he walked through the door because he didn't follow his directions well enough when he was looking for the shoe section. A female employee started cackling with the old man employee. The costumer immediately turned around and walked out of the store. Very rude employees. Lost another sale. It's not funny to see people be mean and abusive. I'm glad the costumer left. Mens wearhouse should hire employees that don't make fun of the costumers. read more

I Thought Men's Wearhouse was good. The service was excellent. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. They had a sale buy one suit get one free, cant beet that. They measured me and showed me what was available, I picked out what I liked and tried it on for the tailer to alter. I went back about 3-4 days later to try on after it was altered. It fit great, They did an amazing job. I would definitely go back again if i ever need another suit. read more

This review is long overdue. I got married about 10 months ago on May 28 we did our wedding tux rentals through here for my husband and his seven groomsman. Everything went over seamless with no issues. The reason that I'm writing the review is because we had to reshoot the wedding photos due to negligence of our photographers and when we contacted Men's Wearhouse they went above and beyond to get us the suit in time which was going to be rushed and charged us a super discounted amount. I've shopped here several times. The first time, around 2009, my experience was great. Knowledgeable salespeople who helped select matching shirts, belts, socks... I later brought my two sons for suits and the experience was similar and I have bought other jackets and shirts throughout. Last month I took my dad to get a suit and I bought pants. The place is a mess. Garbage (tags, paper, loose hangers) all about with salespeople simply walking over or past without noticing. My salesman was quite young and made an effort to help but when he faced a challenge like an item I liked but wasn't available in my size he somewhat froze. My dad found a suit and was measured for tailoring. We were told the suit would be ready for Tuesday. Tuesday came and went so I called Wednesday to confirm the suit was ready. "We don't call you." was what I was told. OK, I guess; we are over an hour away so I didn't want to take the trip without knowing it was ready. I expected some sort of communication, either a call or an email since they made it a point to get this information. So we get there and dad tries on the pants. Nope. Way too long. So they remark the pants and I decide I would like my pants altered as well since they were a bit too long. We return and try on the clothes. Dad is still not happy and my pants now have a 2-1/2 inch hem that is visible. Why didn't they cut it? No time left as the wedding we bought these items for is days away. Bottom line: I will not purchase anything from this store again. It seems the manager is not really interested in the customers or their experience as a shopper. The sales team is made up of extremely young people who seem more interested in hanging out around the desk in the back rather than making the store presentable and the tailor needs to go back to school. I only give this 2 stars because the young man who helped us at least tried and I did have good experiences years ago. Men's Wearhouse of Patchogue, you have lost me as a customer forever. read more

I went to get fitted for my suit for my wedding along with my handicap brother they didn't send his shirt or jacket with the correct measurement. Not to mention they sent my suit to New Jersey and expected me to travel to go get it by far the worse shopping experience ever read more

Quick review here. I rented a tux from here and while trying on my suit the day of my sisters wedding (of course) I realized the pants weren't slim fit like the jacket was. I noticed this in the store the day before but like an idiot didn't say anything. I called up today and Jim helped me out so much! He got me in a new pair of pants and even had them adjusted on site, right away. Jim is the man! read more
