The associates tonight had no interest in our business. When we asked for help, the girl said she would find someone else to assist us. Guess she couldn't pawn us off on someone else - so came over. Did not listen to anything we requested and offered easy choices, for her - sizing suggestion was way off, and then blamed him for saying what she offered was uncomfortable! Clearly these folks don't work on commission. Loss of two suits sale tonight won't make an impact, but the lack of customer service eventually will. We won't be back, and will share with our friends beyond yelp. read more

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Men's Wearhouse yesterday. I walked in and spent time browsing, but was completely ignored by the staff--no greeting, no offer to help, nothing. What made the situation worse was that shortly after, an older Caucasian gentleman walked in and was immediately approached and assisted by the associates. The difference in treatment was noticeable and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and equal service, regardless of who I am. Because of this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I went to Nick's Menswear, where I was promptly greeted and offered assistance right away--exactly how customers should be treated. My best friend and his fiancèe decided to have the wedding party rent their suits from Men's Wearhouse, hoping it would contribute to an stress-free experience on the wedding day. The suit was ready a few days before the wedding and to my disappointment, the quality was equal to what you would cloth a 6 year old with. Each groomsman paid ~$240.00 for adult male sized GI Joe action figure-esque material suit and some plastic shoes. We could have bought a decent quality suit for $100-120 at Macy's, had it tailored for $50-60. Shirt, tie, vest, socks, and shoes for less than the remaining $60-90 and been able to keep it all after the wedding day. Do not give into the temptation of an "easier" experience renting from Men's Wearhouse. Rent from somewhere else, or buy what you need from an affordable business. read more

This was a terrible experience. I scheduled an appointment for my son's prom tux and when we arrived we were told that 8 people were in front of us (who were walk-ins). If appointments don't truly hold your spot, why have the option? When I asked the employee for help and clarification on the process, she was incredibly dismissive, would not make eye contact, and offered short answers. We ended up going to the Norterra location and their service was like night and day. They were kind, attentive, and helped take care of all our needs. read more

I'm not one to typically leave bad reviews, and I am usually pretty good at handling bad customer service...but today was ROUGH. I went in with my boyfriend to help find him a suit for graduation, and when he asked for assistance the woman blankly stared at him and gave a petty response. She had a horrible attitude, and wasn't in dress code. As well as, the employees are supposedly dressed "formal", but she was wearing colorful crocs, rather than dress shoes. While my boyfriend was in the dressing room, she kept glancing at me in an envious ways. Knowing that my attitude had changed, she noticed and attempted to play the nice act. Gator was my sommelier of silk and kept me on track, retrieving different sizes and styles, until I had the whole ensemble ready for alterations. I had an amazing experience. From the first time I went in there until the very end it was an easy, no pressure experience with incredible customer service. Dani especially was amazing. With an extreme attention to detail, and put you at ease with her warm smile. One of the things that really impressed me was I went in there the first time with my new father-in-law while he got measured and bought his suit. I was kind of looking around, thinking I'll look around but probably find somewhere else I'd rather go, probably cheaper. They didn't pressure me to buy anything or rent anything at all. I went in to the store on 1/20/24 with my grandpa and dad to have them fitted for suits for my upcoming wedding. They each have special characteristics that makes the typical clothes shopping somewhat difficult. Came in last second for a suit for a wedding that was taking place in less than 24hrs. Keep in mind, although i work in a very well paying aerospace position, i came in wearing jeans and a polo after a long days work, not very impressive looking. Nonetheless, i was treated like an CEO of a fortune 100 company. These guys are honestly the best in town! So helpful, so polite and nice. They pieced together a nice suit "on a budget, my suit days are over, yet, they had their tailor fit it up while I waited. On top of that, they went out of their way to look up some stuff and find one of the pieces of my suit was on clearance. Saved me a ton!!! I was so impressed I went back on the same night to pick up some shoes I liked and a tie. Again, super helpful and found me a perfect tie, the manager said he saw it earlier and thought it would be perfect for rhe suit so he set it aside, not even knowing I was coming back. I used to exclusively shop this place a decade ago but have since been out of the "suits" so it has been a minute. This one trip reminded me of why I will always be brand loyal to them. Their quality is very good, their customer service is second to none! Random note, I am 6'6" 350lbs and wear a 13 wide shoe, not an easy fit, especially for a same day- walk away purchase. They literally had me fitted in a coat, pants tailored, shoes, and a nice tie for less than the average Costco trip! I wish I could tell you the name of them all but it was literally everyone in the store that helped me, so impressed!!! I may not be sporting suits anymore but I know I will be going back. Little thing I also found out, if you buy anything they tailor, they will press it for you for free, anytime. Literally some dude brought in a load of shirts and pants to be pressed out. IT IS FREE? Forever. That's just badass. If you read this review this far, wow! But if you are on the fence, just do it. My brother went here to get Tuxes for his wedding. 5 of the 7 tuxes were very very wrong in size. Like foot too short for pants or pants/jackets that are several sizes too small. Went there looking for a suit for my wedding. The selection is limited because of covid supply chain which is understandable. The overall selection seemed very outdated and the 2 coats I did like did not have matching pants. The service wasn't great, not really motivated , basically took down coats I liked and did not provide any feedback. Luckily I found Nicks Suits across the street on Yelp. It all seemed good... Until I visited Nordstrom Rack across the street to see the same suit I bought for less than HALF the price I had paid. Mens Wearhouse had sold me the same suit pieces for $399 - more than twice as much! I should have looked sooner because even Amazon.com reflected cheaper prices. When I spoke to the manager and showed him, all he told me was there was nothing he could do and consoled that sometimes he sees something cheaper than what he just bought and doesn't like it either. Really comforting. You shouldn't have to worry about getting swindled on an already low-quality product but do yourself a favor and do research before you purchase here. I am a female who wears classic suites for work. In the last several years it is so difficult to find a classic pant suit for women. Austin Reed no longer sells the classic suits for women at Nordstrom or Macy's. About 3 years ago I went into MW, knowing they make custom suites, and I was treated so well. I ordered 3 suites and their tailor fit them to me. Joe, my salesperson made me feel special and it was just a terrific experience! I have gone back since.
