As the groom to be, I didn't really find anything for me that would allow me to stand out. However outfitting my wedding party was seamless. Our committed are black and rose gold. Although they did not have rose gold, they do have a color called ballet which is surprisingly close. With the colors set, we picked out bow ties, ties, jackets, and shoes for the wedding party. I was measured, and an online registry was established. The wrong party can go online see the dates of when they are expected to complete the steps. Pick up can be any men's warehouse they choose for convenience. Can't wait for the big day!! read more

I have never been in a Mens Warehouse before. My friend is getting married, I'm in the wedding, and this is where I get the suit. So venture in I did... Suits suits suits... were all da suits at?! Oh duh... EVERYWHERE!! Luckily the service was awesome! They knew from the registry just what I needed... the color is aa Pantone classic blue (color of the year for 2020) suit and really it's a great color. It looked really good on me... if I say so myself... and I do. However it needed a bit of alterations. I got fitted and marked up for a bit of tightening in the coat, a little taper in the leg, and a bit of raising of the butt area so I don't look like I'm carrying a load. Then when it came time... I bought the suit... it was a HECK OF A DEAL!! A $1000 suit for about $400! And it looks awesome! I guess I'll need to come back here again.. at least to pick up my suit... and maybe some more shopping. read more

The worst experience. I spent over $450 on shoes and a belt and tailoring of a suit I had bought somewhere else because men's wear house prices are doubled from anywhere else. I came back 2 weeks later and they lost my garment bag(ask them how they account for their stuff in the back if you want a good laugh). They also tried to give me my stuff back with out pressing it when they said they would. $130 to have my pants and suit jacket tailored and they didn't even press it or dry clean it. They also tried to give me my stuff back missing the shirt that was with it. Lmao. Like how hard is it to keep everything together. In the original bag I gave you. Despite the reviews, I still chose to go to the location in Round Rock & it did not disappoint. I went to this particular location a total of 4 times dealing with homecoming stuff, each time getting someone else, & each time it went quickly, smoothly, & everyone was very friendly. Yes they are busy, yes you do have to sign in & WAIT...but I don't see what the problem is. The same people complaining about waiting are the same people who will wait 30 minutes in a fast food drive thru for some burgers & fries. Why would you NOT want organization & efficiency in that type of environment? I would rather wait & get one on one time for what I need then have 1 person being pulled 8 different ways & not being able to truly assist anybody. Spoiler alert: You have to wait EVERYWHERE. He is a current student at Texas A&M and has never been fitted professionally for a suit jacket. David went through sizes and took time explaining length, width, sleeves etc. He is so knowledgeable and now our son not only has one sharp looking blazer but he is educated on how a jacket is supposed to fit. Update: I want to thank Carltricia from Men's Wearhouse for reaching out to me in response to my review. I've noticed many business owners (or managers) never take the time to address customer issues. And when they do, they are typically more concerned about defending or justifying their policies or whatever the circumstances might be, than actually addressing the complaint. I want to commend Carltricia who reached out me, apologized for the incident, accepted responsibility for the problem (on behalf of the store), took corrective action to address it and really went out of her way to help me complete my return. It was nothing short of outstanding customer service. It was refreshing to deal with a business who was genuinely concerned about their customer's experience and sincerely wanted to keep the person as a patron. In the last year, I've just seen the level of customer service at businesses go way down b/c management is more concerned about policy and procedure than they are about actually servicing their customers - the very people who are keeping them in business. So again, thank you Carltricia, and I hope the corporate folks at MW know they've got a good one! 5 stars for how my issue was handled by Carltricia. Exceptional customer service!! I went in to find out if they do just measurements, for a tux I'm renting for my daughters wedding, which is going to be held out of town. The happy young girl (didn't get her name) said cheerfully, absolutely! She grabbed her measuring tape, and went to work. Less than 3.5 minutes later, I was done! "How much do I owe you?" "Nothing" WOW!!! I expected to pay something for her service. Even though I wasn't purchasing anything from her store, she treated me well. I've purchased a couple of suits from The Men's Warehouse, and I will continue to do so, as long as they employ people like her, who understand the true meaning of customer service. We went here for tux fittings and since they pretty much give you the $40 off coupon and there are no other options around...why not. BTW Men's Warehouse and Jos A Bank, carry the exact same tux packages for exactly the same price. We went to Men's Warehouse though because our experience at Jos A Banks was too weird and not positive to want to give them our business. Anyways, not much better here though...as soon as we came in with an appointment, we talked to this younger sales guy with a bow tie trying to look dapper and failing at it. We said we wanted to look at the tux packages and had the coupon, he said that he couldn't reserve anything for us unless we paid today. I thought that was a bit off putting and not appropriate, we said we just wanted to look for now, can we not look before we buy?!?!?! After we saw the packages, we settled on one to see if we can try it on and check out the accessories. I actually liked the bow ties for the wedding party in my color scheme but I made a comment to my honey that you have to be really smooth when you wear a bow tie, otherwise you just look like a tool. I think our salesman needed to go into the back to cry because we got handed off to another lady who completed our order. It takes forever to get fitted and try everything on, but we finally got through it. The good thing here is that with a larger wedding party, as soon as you get 5 or 6 people to pay for their tux then the groom can get either a free tux rental or a free suit. So heck ya we are going with the free suit. One of our groomsmen complained that they thought they were not getting the discount, so I called and spoke to their manager...she was very nice and patient and said to call anytime with any more questions. One thing is that you need to return the tux the day after the wedding, so that might be a challenge for some...but they are upfront with all of their charges and any additional charges that might be incurred. read more

My fiancee and his three groomsmen went to Men's Wearhouse to be fitted for their wedding outfits...no suits, no tuxedos, just vests. Everything went ok. We waited for over half an hour for the guys to get waited on. They were measured, we picked out the vests we wanted, everyone paid their money and set the date to pick them up. We were told everything would be great and all the men would have matching vests, despite their size differences. Fast-forward six weeks. All the men trot back into the store to pick up their vests two days before the wedding....and the order was WRONG! No one bothered to tell us that one groomsman (my fiancee's son) was too small for a regular vest and another groomsman was too large...so they both received bib vests, even though the employees knew the men were just wearing vests. My fiancee and one groomsman received the correct vest. The bib vests looked ridiculous so we had to make the last minute decision to ditch them for everyone but the groom. Talk about embarrassing and frustrating....this happened after we called and were assured the order was correct and anything that needed to be fixed would be in time for the wedding. Except there was no way to fix this mistake - something that could have been easily avoided if the person doing the fittings had just told us the smallest and largest of the party would be put in bib vests. Luckily for Men's Wearhouse I wasn't a complete Bridezilla. The stress of planning the wedding was bad enough - having our very simple order completely screwed up made it worse. And to make matters even worse, our one groomsman was so upset about the situation that he dropped out of the wedding on the day of the wedding! Thanks for adding more stress than necessary to my wedding day. All of this could have been avoided with some simple communication. read more

There are not many places that you can get a truly great suit shopping experience where you pay for great quality, service, and tailoring skills, but you can here. I started by renting a white tux here in person. They are one of the few that actually have a great online presence to help you choose and select what you need with all the customs and options. This is what led me to visit the store in person.. I checked the competitor websites and they did not have such ease of choices and selections. Once I arrived at the store, all was taken care of in a professional manner without hesitation; including measurements, color selection, and more. After I easily returned the rental tux I had AMAZINGLY great coupons from the rental to get a new suit and I did. I was able to purchase a great new suit, I needed it due to recent weight loss, and get it tailored and ready for me in a week. To say I'm upset with this company is an understatement. My son got married on October 9 and he had six groomsmen plus himself. One of the groomsmen's jacket did not fit in the arms so bad that he had to roll his sleeves up on his shirt to not make it look horrible, two of the groomsmen's pants were so short that they had to wear funny socks so it wouldn't look as bad, another groomsmen's pants ripped in the crotch area, my son's suit jacket had one of the buttons fall off before the ceremony. I can understand one or two mistakes, but for $200 for pants, shirt and jacket to be messed up that bad I think should be partially refunded! Complete rip-off. Several stores were to blame for this due to some of his friends and family living out of state. But all of them got measured at a Men's Wearhouse location. I'm not sure what they need to change maybe teach their employees how to measure correctly, but this is absolutely ridiculous especially for the price people have to pay to rent suits. read more

We had rented 6 tuxes at another Men's Wearhouse last month for our wedding and although our experience there was fine this one was definitely notable and worth sharing! We were using the coupon for a free $400 shopping experience after the renting of 6 or more tuxes deal they are currently offering. The employee who helped us - Sam Barrera, was EXCEPTIONAL! He really took the time to help my Husband build the perfect suit for a job interview while also respecting our budget and kept things fun and interesting. I highly recommend that if you're needing help to make an appointment with him. He really cares and has a passion for his job! Purchased a Calvin Klein suit from this location. The first tailor had no clue what was going on and wasn't very profecient, knowledgeable and didn't seem to care. The second tailor was a little better, but the sleeves were still uneven, and needed more work done. They were reluctant to provide my second tailoring complimentary even though it was due to lack of attention to detail and completing it right the first time. Took the suit to Jos. A. Bank. Customer service, customer service.. Or NAH. Okay, okay. So $160 to rent a tux first of all, is ridiculous, imo. But, when your a grooms man, what do ya do? 3 hours for a fitting and today he goes in to try on his suit & the shirt doesn't fit. Mmmmk. Now, we're new to this, so maybe that's normal. The guy in the fitting room was workin his butt off, and is going to make sure my husband has the right shirt by Fridays wedding. Cool. We'll see. Pants, check. Jacket, check. What I was bothered by was the brown, shoulder length hair girls non-existant customer service. (Then again, I'm on a roll today with poor customer service.) Fully understand she was with a couple talking about bow ties and clip on ties and all things man related, after about 5 minutes, and 10 feet away @ "the table", she's not said one word. Soooooo I ask the gentleman at the cash register (who also hadn't said a word) if there was anyone else that might be of assistance. He says, "ummmmmmm, I'm actually w the dry cleaning company", but was totally happy to ask an employee for help. An older lady came by, git my man's info, grabbed his suit and so we began. Meanwhile. The brown haired girl finally got up and says "did you fill out a paper"... Girl, bye. We got help. As 3 other guys now stood behind us waiting, and recieved as little acknowledgement from brown haired girl as we did. Lady! We get your with a customer. It takes 10 seconds to acknowledge customers waiting for you, since you appear to be the person for this task, and give instructions if needed. About 5 minutes of standing around with not a greeting or anything, is wack, imo. Then insteas OF a greeting, you ask if we filled out a paper? Turns out, we didn't need one for a pick up. JS. After young guy in the fitting room was done w us, he hustled onto the next guys. Busy, I see!! But cmon.. 10 seconds. Super rude staff. My fiancé and I walked in excited to find his suit for our wedding, this was something that we had been looking forward to for months and finally had the time to go do it. The man in the front asked us what we were looking for, we told him that we were getting married and needed a suit. He was incredibly rude the entire time, talked to us like we were beneath him and not worth his time, everything was unorganized and he made us feel extremely uncomfortable and no longer excited to be there. The whole visit was extremely unhelpful and we left due to feeling unwelcome and unhappy with our experience. Never returning. I specifically asked about the return policy because the coat I wanted wasn't in stock so I had to get it ordered. I wasn't sure if it was going to work with what I was wearing for my wedding. Was told I can return it. Coat came in, went to go pick it up and was told to try to on. Tired it on, sleeves were a bit to long. Was told don't worry we'll have it ready for you by the date you need it. Again said wasn't sure if i was going to like it that I would be back. Said "DONT WORRY YOU CAN EXCHANGE IT" left the jacket there. Now come to find out since it was altered I can't return nor exchange. And not even corporate will do anything about it.
