Not only did he care about getting what I needed I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't need. He also made sure to apply my in store credit that I had gathered in Arizona. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!!! I will not be ever returning back to this location!!! I've been inside this same location 3 times!! Once to get a custom suite made for my future husband and was turned away because they said we still had enough time to order. Then went back for the second time to get the groomsmen registered in the system and pick out the suite we wanted... was told to look at the stuff they had on the wall and tell me what I like... did not explain anything to me about the different styles or materials they had. I don't know why I came back for the third time! But I did go to get my brothers fitted and to see what I would like. Walked in and immediately not one person welcomed us!! Mind you it was a Monday! Went to the back to start looking at the stuff they had on display and stood there for a good 10 mins till someone decided to even look at us and tell us they would be with us shortly. Had some young guy that I have seen another time when I went in and I began to tell him what I was looking for and if there was any way I can see it on one of my brothers. He began to tell me no because they didn't have anything in the store and that I would have to order first then see it on them when it came in. I told him but with I didn't like it once it came in, he then told me i would Forfeit my 20 dollars and then they can order something else!! I was so pissed off at that point I told him let me make a phone call really quick! He told me take my time and walked away. I called another mens warehouse 20 mins away from this one!! Mens warehouse is lucky I even have them another chance at this point!! I was helped by a guy at another location named adrian and let me tell you that guy was amazing!! Did not hesitate to show me what I was buying. He pulled up his tablet and began to dress a virtual mannequin and was showing me what is the difference in the jackets that he had in store. Now why did I have to drive 20 mins just to get good service!! And on top of that this mens warehouse told me I had time to order my future husbands custom suit!!! But as I was speaking with Adrian he told me that I need to order asap!! And now it looks like my future husband will not be getting what he wants for out wedding just because someone wanted to tell us we had time and that it took 2-4 weeks to come in!!!! Tux rentals ready just a few days before the wedding date? Then, it's due the day after the wedding? Wow. Weddings are a time when family and friends get together (some traveling from across the nation) to celebrate a life-changing moment in a person's life-----and you expect us to worry about returning a rental the day after? That caught me off guard. It doesn't matter if you have locations all over the U.S....or you're open till 6 pm (or whatever). My situation was that I had a job interview about 3 hours later and didn't not have what I felt was an appropriate suit to impress my potential employer. Being that I am 6'2" and broad shouldered, a tailored suit would have been best, but Colton did his very best to quickly find me something I felt was very professional and fit correctly within my budget. Today I went to the shop with my boyfriend, he rented a suit for a wedding he is standing in. Anyways, when we got there I noticed the customer was talking to the employee and seemed to be confused at the prices. Which is understandable. He wanted a military discount. After the customer spoke to someone over the phone, he paid & left. The customer didn't cause any issues. As soon as the customer left, a group of young boys who are employees all gathered around the front door and started making fun of the customer for what they drive! Absolutely heartbreaking to hear them make fun of someone for the vehicle they drive. "Oh I knew he drove a Toyota", "He drives a Toyota bro" all laughing. That's when I had enough and asked the boys, "What does it matter what they drive? It is not ok to make fun of anyone! What does it matter?" They all stared at me and one (the one with the man-bun) even laughed at me! The employees here are bullies and it is not acceptable. People go here and spend their hard earned money. For what? To be made fun of? It's not ok. And for me and my bf, a paying customer, to witness that... absolutely disgusting. We will NEVER spend our money here again. We had gone into purchase a suit for my husband for my grandmothers funeral out of state obviously we were in a hurry to get it done since we were flying out 3 days later. We were assisted by Kendrick, in a word.....amazing! , He was kind, friendly, very knowledgeable, he was able to put an entire suit ensemble complete with shirt tie and shoes and socks together for my husband in less than 25 minutes. He even set up my husband for alterations we picked up the suit two days later and we were ready to go for the funeral. The next day we had an emergency, we needed to have my husbands ARMY dress uniform pants altered Kendrick was not working that day but I called ahead and spoke with Jessica she told us to come in right away, she was wonderful as well. She got the pants all marked up for alternations and we were able to pick them up the next day. This location goes above and beyond for whatever your needs are they are just wonderful people.I cannot recommend this place enough They greet you the minute you walk in the door, the place was very clean and organized. Was shopping for my wedding and this place was no help at all the guys all they were talking about was what they were gonna drink tonight and where without helping me in any way. We then went to get sized the guy measured my chest and being sarcastic about my measurements not telling me what size I was at all. I wanted to try on a suit at least while I was in there because I've never worn one before just trying to see what is look like, needless to say I wasn't able to do that and when another Customer walked in I was completely ignored by my questions I still had. Walked in Last Friday, March 22nd to set up my bridal party for my wedding in Groomsmen Tux's. When we walked in I was greeted by two gentleman that seemed to be polite and professional. This was the only decent customer service we received the entire visit. The girl came over AND then LEFT US in the middle of our consultation. Another female whom I presume was the manager came over to help and measured me and then also left. We stood waiting for them to return and at some point I had to begin helping myself to the suits to get an idea of what we wanted. After somewhat deciding (based on extremely limited options) on a color scheme we waited even longer. After about another 20 minutes I and the rest of my party decided to depart and go somewhere else. On the way out, an staff member loudly asked us if she could help us with anything and at that point it was too late. You want to help me as I'm walking out the door? Nope! No thanks. We went to AL's Formal Wear at Rolling Oaks. Found exactly what we wanted and it was a better deal! Will not be returning to Men's Warehouse. been going to this men's warehouse for years, and have always had a great fitting, renting, and overall experience, but this time takes the cake. i have had a lot of issues arise recently with my vehicle and other financial problems that came out of nowhere and i completely forgot to return my tux in the midst of it all. so very stressed, as there are $20 late fees for every day after the date of the event, and it had been about a month because of my financial and transportation issues, i went to take in my rented tux ready to pay the full price. i was quickly greeted by Kendrick, who asked how i was doing and just checked to make sure everything i was returning was in the bag, and i didn't even have to finish explaining my issue before he told me that it was fine and he completely understood and really helped me out with my situation a TON. 11/10 customer service on his part. before this i already thought for any event or occasion i had that i would come here to this location for services, but now i KNOW i will based on the great service i always receive. round of applause for Kendrick though, great employee and hope to have others have an encounter as positives as the one i had. read more

We were immediately greeted by Rene Medina, Manager who took us under his wing, assisting us with both knowledge and patience. He pulled a variety of styles, and understanding that this suit would be used for job interviews, and would hang in the closet the rest of the time, he made no effort to upsell. I used this location in 2017 with great results. However, our most recent tux rental for my sons wedding was handled very poorly. We went with the top of the line tux for his wedding, but the measurements were done so poorly resulting in us receiving a jacket that was much too long and pants that were at least 3" too long dropped over his shoes. In fairness, my son should have addressed this more when he picked it up, but you expect a $240+ tux rental to be measured right by the professionals. It made a little more sense as he left the store and they made a comment that the tux was due back the day after "prom". I can only assume they figured the poor fit was okay cause it was a prom vs the most important day in his adult life. I will say they did try to get a shorter jacket, but that was wedding day and there simply was not time to go back for another session due to bad sizing. Bottom line, we will crop out the shoes and long jacket from photos, but he should have "felt like a million bucks, on his wedding day vs being self conscious about how bad his tux felt. read more

My two and three year old boys were ring bearers in a wedding and we rented their tuxes from here. I cannot complain about the staff because they were all nice. However I was very unhappy with the suits that we got. Not only did the tux rental cost the same as the grown men ($232 each!) it fit very poorly despite getting them measured the month before. The tie was about 4 inches too long, the vest and suspenders were so big we couldn't use them and the shoes were too narrow to fit their feet. BRIDES PLEASE CONSIDER PLANNING A DIFFERENT OUTFIT FOR YOUR RING BEARER. There is a ton of cute ideas on pinterest and you could save a family lots of money and stress not going with a suit from here. read more
