There are 2 floors and it is just full of the most beautiful dresses and gowns. We rang the bell and were greeted so lovingly that we immediately felt that we came to the right place. Our appointment was confirmed and we were walked into heaven on earth. They are appointment only and there's a $10 booking fee, however that fee goes towards your purchase. After visiting another very unorganized "popular" store, the appointment and individual attention was appreciated. After giving our price range, we were told to pull 5 dresses, but Stephanie and Darla still pulled additional looks as well. I was able to sit and enjoy my daughter modeling the different dresses, rather than trying to fit into a dressing room with her! Everything about this experience was top tier and honestly, I expected to pay much more for her dress. I would absolutely recommend visiting this store for all your prom/formal/wedding needs!

I personally felt very pressured by her because when I voiced I did not like the dress she overwhelmed me with options of alterations that I was not interested in. Everything was a high price in most areas but the material felt cheap so that was disappointing. This was my first time here and honestly it was not a very good experience. The man working was very nice and made arriving and leaving pleasant so thank him for that.

We looked around some and Toula arrived. There was little assistance in the way of helping the bride choose dresses to try or sizes to look at. The matron of honor assistanted the bride in dressing rather than the sales person. There was very little in the way of making the bride feel special rather they almost seem to shame her. The sizing was limited and they lacked tools to help get an idea of how the dress would look...

This is my second time shopping at Toula's for a Hollywood red-carpet quality prom gown for my daughter. In 2012, we called ahead and asked if they had a specific gown and they had the exact one in the exact color and size. This year again, we drove nearly 5 hours roundtrip from way west of Cleveland just to shop here, because last year's experience was so great: 2013 was no exception. Toula and her staff did NOT disappoint! They are awesome! The selection was plenty and the customer service was excellent, despite it being packed with other moms/daughters hunting and parading through the place in prom gowns on a very busy Saturday. After discovering the perfect gown, we found that it wasn't the perfect fit (much like last year - my daughter's a 2 in the hips, but more like a 0 on top) and it had an unfinished bottom hem on the train for some reason - Toula immediately assessed what needed to be tailored, pinned it up and promised it for the following weekend. NO CHARGE - those alterations were part of the deal: WHERE does THAT ever happen? We made our fairly substantial purchase with an incredible pair of perfectly matching shoes and went on our merry way, happy as clams. The following week I didn't want to spend another 5 hours driving out, so I called them and asked if it was possible to just go ahead and ship it (someone mentioned that when we were there) - and they were so accommodating - they SHIPPED the dress to me! It arrived in perfect order. Here are my ratings: Selection = 10, Customer Service = 10, Prices = 10 We LOVE Toula's!

Initially the best they could do was guarantee a new shirt would be in by 4:30pm the next day which would be too late (the wedding was on a Friday). I explained the situation and how desperate I was to have the shirt ASAP as the wedding started at 3:30. I was told they would do their best, see if they could get an additional truck out, but gave me no guarantee other than they would try which I was grateful for. Within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone we received a call that the shirt would be ready for pickup before closing. Hallelujah! Thank you Rondinelli for getting the shirt but mostly I thank you for your honesty and integrity. You made no false promises and THAT is what will keep me a loyal customer.

We were greeted by the manager of that store who informed us that they almost sent his stuff back and it's a good thing we came in when we did, why? I'm not too sure because we called them multiple times and kept them in the loop of when we'd be there. Anyway, she proceeded to tell me how the "final fitting wasn't even necessary" and it's not something we HAD to do. Well, I'm glad we did bc that's when we found out that they had put the numbers in backwards, so we had all the incorrect colored vests and ties. As well as incorrect sizes. Then, just a couple days before my wedding they started finally calling my bridal party to do their final try ons. Every single one, besides two, were measured incorrectly, resulting in tuxedos not fitting anyone. I was told they would be ready for pick up the following day. I was also told that because of prom season, everything was backed up but that the changes would be done and ready. We went back, my kids tuxedos still did not fit. So now, we are waiting for tuxedos to be available the day of my wedding. We got them, they were even smaller than before. This went on until AFTER my wedding was supposed to have started. My family was sitting in the lobby waiting for pants for my kids. Which still did not fit but we had to make due with what we had and take the pants that were meant for my youngest (and literally falling off of him) and put those on my oldest. Ultimately, neither one of my kids had pants that actually fit them but were forced to make them work. We contacted Amy, who is supposedly in charge and some sort of district manager, through the entire thing. She assured us this would be made right. Well, we lost about an hour of time due to Rondinellis negligence. The girls that work at the niles store were rude and incompetent to say the least, but we won't get into all of that. My family and I ended up losing thousands of dollars worth of paid, scheduled events and after Amy's meeting with the owner they decided it would be okay to refund us for the boys tuxedos. I'm not ungrateful for that, though I do feel that is the bare minimum of what they could do. Especially since they didn't do a full refund and kept the deposits that were made on the tuxedos. The amount of stress my family and I went through on my wedding day is literally unmatched. When Amy spoke to my mother in law she seemed very nice, however her primary concern seemed to be making sure that this situation didn't hit social media because they "have 70 years of doing this and this was only ONE wedding". She told us that she was going to meet with the owner again and explain the urgency of this and get back to us today about how they would handle this. We still have not received that call. This is something I won't ever forget and I want to make damn sure it's not something anyone I know, ever has to deal with. Take. your. business elsewhere. Trust me, this is not the risk you want to take for your big day. Pay a little more, go somewhere that they understand customer service and basic measurements.
