I happy to report not a feather was damaged. They dry cleaned the dress and it came out perfectly white. Me and the lady at the counter had a good conversation about a middle aged man bringing in a tiny dress with feathers I told it was my outfit for New Year's Eve we both had good laugh about it. A properly functioning business would AT LEAST contact the customer if the service wasn't performed during the designated time frame. The time is even printed on the receipt. There was no attempt to rectify wasting my time. Then, I picked it up the next day and it clearly still had dirt marks on it. The woman at the counter said I could leave it and have them do it again. I wanted it done correctly the first time. I was not going to leave it with the incredibly incompetent staff who have no clue how to run a business. I highly recommend finding another dry cleaning service. Specifically, there were still issues around the wrists and on the seam so definitely don't go there if your garment has those issues.

Mike was our delivery driver, and he really paid attention to our delivery notes and made sure he left it in the correct spot. The text updates on pickup and delivery were also very helpful as far as time management. They did a great job at washing my comforter, I was able to leave requests, preferences etc. I can't say enough good things. This is my first time using a wash and fold service, so I'm pretty stoked this is another thing I don't have to worry about because i know Spin cycle has got that chore done for me
