Try saying that five times quickly. :-) There is no ice tea or soda fountain. Drinks are bottles only. The place is very small, no real place to sit, but you can always walk across to the Malecón and eat there. I did not notice if they had a bathroom or not. I'm not sure they did. What I did see was clean, and the sandwich was done well.

The omelet was excellent, and came with an avocado, charro beans, and a side of homemade hot sauce and freshly made tortillas. I was making myself a mini-burrito with all of this and it was oh so good! The pancakes were some of the lightest I've ever had, and was served with your ch9ice of two eggs or fresh fruit. Since we already ordered the omelet, we opted for the fresh fruit. This dish gave us a nice balance with the omelet. Andres was always available if we needed to order something else, which I did with another Americano. As this was an early Monday morning, we had the place to ourselves. This family owned restaurant takes care to prepare fresh high quality meals using seasonal and local produce.
