There's none better south of TJ (Tijuana) or Ensenada--seriously. The other place 12:40 is better for treats/baked goods, but their coffee pales in comparison--they don't even roast it themselves! They use La Abuelita chocolate for the mocha whereas these guys use a chocolate liquor (non-alcoholic) from here. Fast wifi, clean bathroom, friendly English-speaking staff and unbeatable prices.
