He told me that he would have answers for me in a few days, and after a few weeks I picked it up. He blew it off as too old and the motherboard was shot as well as the power supply. I just know that he barely looked at it, but I was charged for his time. So, I just knew that I needed a second opinion and I took it to another tech who diagnosed the problem immediately. It was a blown video card, and in 2 days I had it back and running. It did not matter to David that this computer was highly valued by me, and all he offered me was to build me a new one. I am having a new one built, but NOT BY KINN. Terrible experience.
