Quality work at a fair price. Job was finished earlier than expected and near exactly the quoted price.

Extremely Disappointing Service Department!…read more We brought our Holiday Rambler to Byerly in June for several repairs, including a significant water leak near the door. After more than two months, nearly $4,000 in charges, multiple trips, and two assurances that the leak had been fixed, the RV continued to leak when it rained. What was especially frustrating was learning that one repair was supposedly tested by spraying water on the RV while supervising staff stood outside rather than inside checking for leaks. Eventually, we were told the problem was the awning over the door, the same area they claimed to have repaired during our original visit. We had recently purchased a separate and expensive RV from Byerly, so we expected a much better level of service and workmanship. Unfortunately, this experience has eliminated our confidence in their Service Department. Our Holiday Rambler is finally back, although we still don't know whether the leak is actually fixed. One thing is certain: we will not voluntarily bring our RV back to Byerly for service. Having an extended warranty that may require us to deal with this department in the future makes the experience even more disappointing. A message was left for the Service Department Manager, Steve, asking him to call me back in reference to a complaint about the service we received. As of this writing, he has not called me back. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Trouble is after he installed it it has NEVER worked. Doing the same thing as our old model. does not ignite so no hot water. Called hI'm to come out and fix, had to wait from a Saturday until Wednesday for an appointment and on his way to us his truck broke down. And to date 3 days later absolutely zero contact. And this whole time cold water only including showers. We are very dissatisfied customer and would not recommend this repairman to any. And an update since I posted this review and he didn't like it he dropped us as customers. So if you still want to use him don't post real reviews

Well... The wife & I own a IBEX 19RBM. It's been a great camper for the couple years we've owned…read moreit. Finally had an issue out of my scope of knowledge to repair & had to reach out to a service company. The single slide out on the camper was jammed on the right side. Got ahold of Chris. He mentioned he was an hour away & would be there the same day, toward the early evening hours. My wife was at the camper waiting. When he was there, I believe he was able to diagnose the problem, but unfortunately, did not have the parts to repair the problem. He mentioned he could get the slide out. But we would have to manually slide it back in. He would have to order the part or parts & return on a later date. Outside of that, he spent an hour chitchatting with my wife. Before leaving, he mentioned to my wife he would communicate with her the next day and schedule a time to return with the parts. Chris never called back. This was on a Monday and two weeks later, I called Chris and he agreed that we had fell off his radar. He mentioned to me that he would get the part numbers that evening and reach back out. Four days later that has still yet to happen. At this point, I'm being forced to reach out to another company to have the service completed. The $300 we paid Chris for his travel & time was pointless. I definitely do not recommend his service.

However, the RV sites were a bit cramped. We opted for a pull-through location, which was slightly more spacious compared to the back-in spots. I bring this up because I've visited other Jellystones, and they are remarkably spacious with numerous free amenities. In contrast, here, you'll have to pay extra for golf and train rides. The only real complaint I have is the placement of the sewage, water, and electric hookups.

Person who led me to my site, put me in such a way that I could not put my stairs down because it was on top of the wood frame that goes around the site and I had to reposition myself even though I kept telling him that I was OK he insisted I keep pulling back further. Unfortunately, I was on hitched before I realized I couldn't put my stairs down the way they should be, and put a railroad tie right outside my door as a tripping hazard. Sites are small and it was nice because we had nobody on either side of us staying the same time we did had they been there. The neighbors Picnic table would literally have been on top of our water and electrical supply. Laundry facilities are extremely dated and there four washers and dryers. One of the washers. I used out of three took 20 minutes longer on the same identical setting to get my wash done. And as if that weren't enough, my stuff came out dirty even though I pre-rinse everything before I put them inside the washing machine so now I have to go to my next stop and wash them again anyway. Also, don't expect to find a change machine here as I had to go to a gas station a couple miles away to make change so I could have quarters to do my laundry. Public bathroom is dated and I could not lock the door to my stall because it was broken. Last but not least, my favorite part was we were struggling to leave when are new hitch was giving us problems. This was our first day out in this camper. On our way to Tennessee, and even though we're experienced campers, this camper was new to us. Even though we started an hour before we were supposed to leave trying to hitch up our camper we were struggling trying to get hitched. What I believe was a camp host drove past us a half a dozen different times seeing we were struggling, and never once asked if he could help us. As we were exiting the gate, he just so happened to be passing us as in oncoming traffic and shot us a glare and shook his head in disgust as if we were a bunch of dumb women who didn't know the exit time. I tried to wave him down, but he just kept going ignoring me. I would definitely not recommend this site for what we paid in return for the experience we had.
