I have severe allergies and she made sure all of my teas catered to those issues. However, my family and I visited the store today and I must say I was NOT impressed. There was a woman "greeting" people at the front, when I asked a question the customer service went downhill! As my allergies are really bad, I asked what was in the tea of the day. The woman responded with it's on the label and that I could READ it. I know I can read it! My problem is...there are ingredients that people do not always list on their products. I.e. cinnamon. I am deathly allergic to this and had I tried the tea it could have caused me problems. Is there a reason this woman could NOT have just taken the time to look? She works there it should NOT have been an issue. As this was my first time visiting the store and this is their customer service attitude, I am not sure if I will buy the teas again.
