my best friend and i came here last night and the workers were so sweet and the yogurt was so good, we decided to come back again today after getting lunch from mcdonald's. when we walked up, my best friend was carrying her bag of mcdonalds trash and was going to put it in the trash can outside of tutti frutti. when the worker who saw us there (an older lady probably in her 50s) she rolled her eyes at us and iffed at us. we decided to leave and she came to the window and flipped us off. there's no way she has a job, she's the most unprofessional person i've seen in my entire life. read more

Another self-serve yogurt place that is popping up as quick as the 24-hr fitness gyms were in the past few years. They serve low-fat yogurt that comes in over a dozen flavors. Plus there's a huge selection of toppings that include fresh fruit and every possible crumbly cookie and crumbly candy you can imagine! Pretty much the same setup as all the other self-serve yogurt places around town. I go to a lot of froyo places. This one is by far one of he tidiest ones I've been to. The machines are always clean. The toppings bar is always clean and fully stocked. You can get all sorts of delicious toppings. There are healthy and decadent options. I tend to load my froyo up with fruit. I do like that they always seem to have at least one no sugar added froyo option. You can try as many samples as you like. I do find this location's workers tend to be impersonal. Sure they'll welcome you, but that's about it. The seating area is a tad small so don't bring a large group! read more

Not the same as it used to be. Store used to be bright and clean and the kids loved it. It now is dark and the yogurt does not even taste the same. If you accidentally step on the base of the tables when sitting on bench the tables practically fall over. It happened to my daughter and the yogurt fell off the table before she got to eat any. The staff did not come to clean it, my wife had to. They did not even replace her yogurt even though their table caused it. I had to repurchase. I won't be back. read more

Delicious yogurt with plenty of toppings that are always fresh. Flavors change every month, but there are few they have almost every time we go. They are always clean & I always get great service. Cups to put yogurt in are huge, but don't fill them up or you will be in for a surprise because they ring it up by weight. I typically pay about $5 a yogurt. read more

I love tutti fruitti!!! I never have any issues here, when you first walk in you pick up a container and fill it up with your choice of yogurt. I always get the cake batter frozen yogurt. It's low fat but it taste amazing, there's so many different flavors you can pick from. I either get cake batter, ny cheesecake, or death by chocolate yogurt. They're all so good even when I mix them all together! After you pick your yogurt you get to pick through the toppings bar. There's so many different toppings you can choose from. I love putting the fruit and brownies/cookie dough bites in mine! They have sprinkles, Carmel, hot fudge, whip cream, and so much more else to put on it. Everything is awesome! Once you finish they weigh your container and however much it weighs they give you a price. They weigh it by oz, but mine usually costs from 4-6 dollars so it's pretty cheap here and definitely worth what you pay. They have it decorated so cute in every location I've ever been in. Tutti Fruitti will always be my go to frozen yogurt shop. Every time we go in it's insanely clean. And smells though it's just been mopped. They obviously take cleaning very seriously which is great. The store is bright and airy. Their yogurt is extremely consistent and super fresh. It's delicious. There seems to be an endless assortment of toppings to choose from. It's a bit pricey BUT you pay for what you get. I've been to a few other frozen yogurt shops and everything tastes like crap compared to tutti fruitti. At this point I refuse to eat frozen yogurt unless it's here. I seriously could live off of original tart and strawberry boboa. For the most part the employees are nice. But a lot of the times it's teens with a chip on their shoulder. Something that does make me feel uncomfortable is the option to tip when you pay with a card and the tip jar in front of your face. I feel bad if I don't tip but at the end of the day I don't even understand why there's an option to tip. For a majority of my working days I've worked in the service industry so I understand the importance of tipping. But when I grab my own cup, pour my own yogurt, and top my own cup I don't feel like there was a service being preformed. The employees clean, stock, and accept payment. Which I'm sure is in their job description, and is why they receive payment per hour. So if I'm doing all of the work why should I throw more money out for something that is their job description? That's just something that makes a paying customer feel uncomfortable. But regardless it doesn't get any better than here for frozen yogurt! read more

Everytime I walk in, there is nobody in the front to welcome the customers and you have to wait for the staff to get off their phones in the back and finally ring you up. Even after they come out, all that they say is your total and what color spoon you want. Never a thank you or come again is ever said. Then once they are done they take out their phones and goes right back into the back, which apparently they don't have cameras in the back because if they did the girls who work there would have fired along time ago. I am a regular customer and go there 2-3 times a week because my daughter loves it, but if it was up to me I would never return after the first time I went there. I get treated the same way every single time I visit this location. read more
