I have ordered the "tonnarelli zucca e porcini", aka mushroom pasta with butternut squash puree topped with burrata cheese. The pasta was made in-house and cooked to al dente, it has that doughy and chewy texture hence you could tell it's not the supermarket ones. Two servers were run off their feet in managing a full restaurant. When asking for another basket of bread, as only two were initially provided for our table of nine, we were told that the restaurant had just accepted double the amount of reservations. And as a result they were short on bread. We also found completed dishes were lingering on the table for far too long before they were removed. The key lime pie was particularly modest in size. On a positive note their baked eggplant, $19, starter was delicious and pleasing in both taste and texture. As undercooked eggplant is overly chewy. At that price point a more generous portion would have been appreciated. The homemade gnocchi achieved the right consistency in texture, It was delicate and light. And the truffle sauce I chose out of the three options had a real umami flavour.
