I called Razzari Commercial on June 27 and made appointment for morning of June 28 to have them look at the issue and fix if possible. I was told to be there at 7:30 when it was cool and before they got into the heart of the work day. So, I was at Razzari Commercial with the motorhome at 7:34. Encountered the manager Tom. I saw I was on the schedule. But he would not help me. He had a bunch of excuses. Didn't even have ten minutes to take a look to see how critical the oil leak is. Razzari knew I was an out of towner so apparently they can't even spare ten minutes to help an out of towner with an emergency. Manager was not engaging and had no sense of caring or concern.
