While the facility itself could use some updating (that's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) the Staff is incredible and they were extremely helpful during my Mother's stay at the facility. Nurses Anna and Vicky were incredible and my Mother, who was not the easiest patient, liked them very much. Unfortunately while at the facility my Mother's health declined quickly (not due to the treatment by the facility) and they helped me to transition my Mother to Hospice and made it possible for my Mom to go home to her own house for her final days. The Director of Nursing and the facility Manager were incredibly helpful in setting up Hospice and were extremely supportive of me as the caretaker. I am grateful to the staff and would recommend them to anyone.

In the beginning I was in real crisis - stopped work, couldn't walk around the block, sleep or really function at all for the first year before I was diagnosed. At that time they were very kind to me. There was one therapist I didn't want to work with as I was in intolerable pain during the session and for days afterwards, but I was fine working with the other three wonderful therapists. Then one left and another stopped coming in as much. I still felt very comfortable seeing the one who was still working and for the past year I've happily seen him for my sessions with no problem that I was aware of. Yesterday one of the owners (Kim) was in the office - I didn't recognize her so I guess she's not in much when I have been. I saw that the July schedule was open and asked if I could make my July appointments. She said that she wouldn't schedule me as I wasn't following their rules despite being "talked to about it before". Her tone was really rude. I haven't been talked to about it at all and thought it was fine for me to see the therapist I was comfortable with. No-one has ever mentioned an issue when I've made appointments before and staff are usually very pleasant. Kim sounded utterly disgusted with me and I guess wanted to be sure that I knew how she felt about me. It was a shock as I had no idea who she was and I don't think (?) I've spoken to her in the past couple of years. I'm still giving the practice 3 stars because I really do think they can be great, and I've seen good improvement on my health. I'm just really sad that she was so rude to me yesterday. Maybe she was having a bad day and wanted to flex her muscles at my expense? Kim has apparently given a conflicting version of what happened - but there was a young girl sitting at the front desk who must have heard most of it. I would say go to this practice and hope that you don't get on the wrong side of Kim. Now I am stopping PT cold turkey until I can find somewhere else to go. It's a disappointing end as I have recommended them so many times over the past two years. I still do, just with caveats. Kim can be seriously mean without warning and I was quite upset when I left.

He…read morewas referred to us by a realtor in NJ, and his stellar online reviews supported this recommendation. Unfortunately in our experience, Adam Boxman was unprofessional, unethical and put his needs above his clients. On 3/15/21, Adam reached out about a new listing, and that evening, we told him we were interested in seeing the home. On 3/16/21, he spoke with us about the listing and scheduled a viewing for that Friday. My husband provided him with a general idea of the price we would be willing to offer on this home. On 3/17/21, Adam sent us the official listing and called to speak with us about it. I expressed my excitement and emotion over finding our dream home. He confirmed our house showing on Friday. I requested the disclosure form for the home, which Adam promptly sent. On 3/18/21, Adam called to inform us that he would be purchasing this home for his family. He attempted to justify this decision, with one of the reasons being that our offer may not have been chosen anyway. Adam assured us that he would work harder than ever to help us find the home that is right for us. After we spoke, the online listing almost immediately changed from "For Sale" to "Pending." We sent him an email informing him of our decision to work with a different realtor who had our best interests in mind. Adam made multiple attempts to "make things right", but it was important for us to work with an agent that has a "fiduciary duty of utmost care, integrity, honesty, and loyalty in dealing with the agent principle." Adam has the absolute right to purchase a home, however, his approach to this situation was both unprofessional and unethical. If he indicated from the outset that he was also interested in the home and referred us to another realtor to mitigate any conflict of interest, then there would not have been an issue. However, he contacted us after he had cemented an agreement with the seller's agent and/or homeowner. It was very apparent his own self-interest was placed ahead of ours. It is also shocking that after this experience, he would still expect us to want to work with him and pay him a commission. While I do believe (and hope) this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, I feel it is important to share my experience with others contemplating which realtor they would like to work with during such an important and costly decision of purchasing a home.

Night 1: the company called 30 minutes before arrival and stated they couldn't come. Nights 2, 3, and 4: Caregiver arrived but didn't have the skills that I required and contracted for. Night 5: the company called 20 minutes AFTER the scheduled arrival time, stating that they couldn't come. Bottom line is that they did not meet their contractual obligations by 40% (not counting the lack of contracted skill level of the caregivers) but they expect me to meet my contractual obligation by paying 100% of the bill. That is unacceptable. The company is aware of my dissatisfaction.

The care she received here was SOOOOOO GOOD that an amazing this happened... She was transferred out of Pine Run (usually a one-way ticket) to Assisted Living at Lakeview's "The Arbor" unit. - where she lived until she died at 96. The staff and aides here were very, very loving, caring & attentive to my grandmother. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that sometimes the place smeeled really, really bad (it never stank at Lakeview). The need to check the sanitation on the 5th floor.

Agree with the other assessments below, from what my mother and other people who have seen the place are saying. There is no communication with the hospital regarding medications, you cannot find a nurse or doctor to talk to, the medicine she was on and needed to still be on for UTI was stopped...she cannot seem to get it started again... yet she is not being attended to with regard to hygiene, and the need to be helped to the bathroom. When I spoke with her this morning (I am out of state at the moment), she was looking around for towels within reach to put underneath her because they didn't answer any calls to help her to the bathroom! Are they too busy? She said she sees on them out there watching sports on TV? I guess on break, but (!). Very old facilities inside (not updated anytime recently) and she says it smells bad. She says the staff are not very kind to her (in addition to the neglect over the hygiene issue - they might be burnt out and understaffed, that is my guess - but she seems intimidated at their "resentment of the patients"-type attitudes and glaring). She is not a high-maintenance person/Karen-type demanding person. Just having some mobility and UTI/urgency issues after surgery. My guess is that it has gone downhill since the review in 2009 (13 years can make a big difference in the state of a building). Looking forward to getting her out of here.

I was not a fan of them moving in due to my perception of "nursing homes" but I learned otherwise in the four+ years they were there. Literally every single person we interacted with from the nursing staff to rehab to cooks, laundry, maintenance staff, etc. was like family. The professional level of care that my parents received (and us as their family) cannot be overstated except to compare it to the compassion that went with it. We were really clueless about what the last years of their lives was going to entail, and the staff here did it so much better than we ever could have. My husband and I ended up getting on the waiting list and now have a deposit down on one of the carriage homes being built; it doesn't get any better than this for end of life experiences. Aside from the fact that the carriage homes are gorgeous, the kind of care that is there as a "safety net" is exactly what we want. The added bonus is us both being on the same campus if one of us starts to fail in later years; not only does the other one not have to move, they can walk to visit, take meals and do activities together, and in some cases actually be together in the advanced care. (My parents were together in Memory Care.). I highly recommend Lutheran Home @ Telford.

My father moved into independent living while my mom had to go into skilled nursing. My father is able to visit my mom everyday since they were located within the same campus. Bad weather no problem, you only have to walk across an enclosed bridge. The various levels of care both my parents have been receiving is exemplary. Telford Lutheran is like the Ritz Carlton of care facilities. When I would visit my Aunt in Florida I wondered why she did not get the same care at her facility. She was paying almost the same every month. Telford may be a little more than other communities but it shows in the care and people they hire. If you are searching for a place for your parents I would put Telford Lutheran on your list to review. You will not be disappointed.
