For the last three months my visits at Axis has been HORRIBLE !!!!!!! When Dr. Viradia is away the office staff is constantly changing and other doctors do not consider your time valuable, or treat African Americans with NO DIGNITY or RESPECT. My appt. today was at 9:30 am , I didn't see the doctor until 12:15 noon. I was trying to talk to him about my pain level and Dr. V just walked out the exam room while I was talking to him...... NOT INTERESTED. The straw that broke the camel's is when the nurse wrote on the urine test a narcotic pain medicine that I was NOT taking and they said I was " None Compliance " , they wanted me to sign the form stating it was my fault. The DEVIL is a LIAR !!!!!!!!!! I told them to let her piss in the cup. I'm seriously thinking about changing doctors after eight great years. #TiredAndDisgusted read more

I have been coming to Axis Pain Clinic for 10 years. Dr. Viradia and the staff are very professional and amazing. I have also seen the other doctors and they are all very professional and caring about your medical needs. Dr. Viradia is always concerned about your medical treatment and he is very compassionate about your medical care. I have the best possible resources and options to manage my chronic pain. I feel that some people are not being fair to the Drs. and staff. Eleven years ago every step I took I cryed my disc cut into my spinal cord now with cages to protect the cord the nerve damage was so painful now my pain level is a four or five ,I even work in my gardens...Dr.Viradia is the best and his staff is like family ,they take good care of me. I have had three procedures done at this location, and the doctors and the staff are excellent! They treat you like family - talking, laughing, making sure you're relaxed and comfortable for your procedure. They call you the next day to make sure you're doing OK.
