The NP was incredibly unprofessional and used very inappropriate language. She called in my prescription to the pharmacy in the city I live, however, the prescription was never received, and I have sat on the phone with several different people that were unable to get a hold of the NP to add in my prescription. With my illness progressing, I will likely have to go to another urgent care clinic to get the prescription I need. Very disappointed with the service, and it has resulted to be a significant waste of time and money. Do not recommend.
