This review is for the one in San Francisco but I can only find this location where Jason also works at in which he travels from office to office since he is the main go to guy for Merchant Chimp. I needed to get some legal documents notarized for my e-commerce business and they were able to help me out with that but that's not the main part of the review. We have been using another company using Authorize.net and also it links with our bank as well as merchant chimp in which they help save us money from each credit card transaction. In fact they help us about half of what it usually costs to process credit cards. It's pretty much saving us a good amount to reinvest back into our e-commerce. We use their rebate program to get about half of what we pay. They also apps we can use in case we decide to sell direct to consumer like a square app but using a mini clover POS system. I can say enough with all the help and knowledge we have been given by Jason and their team. Their system was compatible to everything we have been using and didn't change much but the merchant service. It also helps that they have a notary service which was clutch. I highly suggest in checking them out! read more

I was in the valley and found this place on yelp so I can switch out my merchant services because I got tired of getting hit with hidden fees, poor customer service and the rep had no clue what he was talking about either. I made an appointment with Jason Rosales who explained everything from A to Z dotted the "i's" and crossed every "t". I was also taken by surprised that they offer a month to month contract and would even help me get out of my current one by taking it over for me to show that they are serious in what they have to offer. With that said, i locked them in and my online site has been cutting my credit card costs by nearly half and it integrates with my Shopify. This is something you might want to look at as well. I also got my California resellers license notarized there as well. Great people, knowledge and they actually want to help you out more than see you as another dollar in their pocket. They explained how credit processing services worked and if I was using square to switch but this was not the case. Merchant Chimp was all about transparency and showed how to use their app on the clover pos system to interact with my website as well. My partner and I have a smoke accessory company and we also do distribution online. We needed a better backend as well as a better merchant service company because the one we used had bad customer service and also had hidden fees that were not so hidden when it came to paying our bills. We searched around and saw that Merchant Chimp on yelp had exactly what we needed which was low credit card processing fees. We called and met with Jason and explained how their merchant services worked and how we can save money. We would get our money next via ACH deposit if we turn in our batch by 9pm eastern time. Their app is compatible with what we are currently using which is authorize.net to charge custom orders. We also got the clover mini which works like the square app which is used when we do our pop up shops so we can charge our customers on the go. All and all a great service. I want to start off by saying that they are experts in what they do & what they do is help your business thrive with the amount you save from merchant fees. They also have their own app you can use with the clover system but you do have to pay for it however I highly recommend it since they have it for you so that it integrates with your current system unless it's Shopify which I believe isn't compatible. I switched my POS systems over with them & I can still use the same bank Ive been with for the past 10 years & they pay me next day via ACH after I turn in my batch at the end of every day. I use a cash discount program they they offer which in turn is highly beneficial for my business. Through the process I also got my other legal documents notarized by them.
