I cannot get past how much glue was used for these cluster lashes. I can't even blink my eyes…read morewithout feeling the glue pulling on my skin. It hurts to close my eyes, it even hurts to squint! I used a Groupon, first she couldn't get over how little she thought I paid. I told her don't worry about how much I paid (I explained I had a Groupon coupon which lowered my price). She kept saying I paid so little even after showing her the voucher with the option I chose. There will be no way for these lashes to fall out naturally because essentially she created one big strip of a lash by adding so much glue across the top. I can't even comb/brush through them. I've had cluster lashes many times and never have they been glued on in this manner. I like that they are even but that's about it. The lashes also stick straight out. They don't curve like the shape of a natural lash. There's nothing classic or natural about this set. I texted the same number that scheduled my appointment about my experience and there was no response. But when I texted to schedule an appointment they were prompt.

My regular technician is currently out for the month, so I was assigned to a newer technician. I completely understand that everyone has to learn, and I normally wouldn't mind this if an experienced technician was supervising. Unfortunately, that did not happen. During my eyebrow threading, I actually experienced nicks on my eyelids from the threading, which has never happened in the entire 3.5 years I've been coming here. The lash service was also very disappointing. My lashes were clearly uneven, and when I politely asked the technician to double-check them, I was initially told "it looks fine." After asking again if they could see the difference, they offered to add more lashes to one eye, but the issue was not that I needed more -- the lashes needed to be balanced and corrected. I also specifically asked that the lashes not extend to the outer corner of my eye, which was followed on only one eye. The service took nearly two hours, which is much longer than usual. Throughout the process, the technician repeatedly asked me to show pictures of what I wanted, which made the appointment feel uncertain and unprofessional. I ultimately left with uneven lashes, uneven eyebrows, and visible nicks on my eyelids. After spending over two hours there, I didn't feel comfortable allowing further corrections from someone who seemed unsure of the service. This experience was very disappointing, especially because I've been a loyal customer for several years. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures that new technicians are properly supervised before performing services on clients
