I purchased a Groupon and requested an appointment. Communication was all done through text messaging. Vendor asked for my full name and the voucher code. I stated my concern of texting random number with my Voucher number as that could be used to submit as redeemed before ever having services done. I asked the vendor for a website so i could submit a formal appointment. Vendor denied my request and instructed me to cancel my Groupon and get refunded. Poor Customer Service. read more

I'm leaving this review because I originally purchased a Groupon for my mom to get her volume lashes done for mother's day I should have known better when the lady I booked with was booking her appointments 30 min after one another like how? If its volume lashes it should take at least 1 hour and 30 min my mom was done less than 45 min and her eyelashes fell out last week like literally just came out and no showering has nothing to do with them coming out because I still have mine on from a few days before mother's day and I only got 50 on each eyelid but I'm glad I paid with a Groupon because I will be damned if I paid $189 for my eyelashes to be out in less than 2 weeks read more

Jenny is my gal I am so happy I found her she very knowledgeable about her profession and is very thorough. I felt safe with her doing my lashes and they feel great, not heavy or clumped. I don't know who this person was who contacted me this morning but she was RUDE!!! Talking about charging $25 to hold my spot for an appointment. Then I told her I have a Groupon ..she said "oh you didn't mention that" why do I need to Would service be different for Groupon customers ? If you don't want Groupon customers then don't advertise on there hello!! I got a full refund and I'm going somewhere where my money is appreciated. Communication prior to appointment was great! Once I arrived for my appointment I was greeted at the door and brought into the salon which was cute clean and comfy! There was soft music playing and the recliner was very comfortable and hard not to fall asleep in! The lash application was very relaxing and the tech is very gentle. She went over lash care, offered me water and made sure I was happy with my set. She also thanked me for arriving early and letting her know I had arrived.
