I completely understand that everyone has to learn, and I normally wouldn't mind this if an experienced technician was supervising. Unfortunately, that did not happen. During my eyebrow threading, I actually experienced nicks on my eyelids from the threading, which has never happened in the entire 3.5 years I've been coming here. The lash service was also very disappointing. My lashes were clearly uneven, and when I politely asked the technician to double-check them, I was initially told "it looks fine." After asking again if they could see the difference, they offered to add more lashes to one eye, but the issue was not that I needed more -- the lashes needed to be balanced and corrected. I also specifically asked that the lashes not extend to the outer corner of my eye, which was followed on only one eye. The service took nearly two hours, which is much longer than usual. Throughout the process, the technician repeatedly asked me to show pictures of what I wanted, which made the appointment feel uncertain and unprofessional. I ultimately left with uneven lashes, uneven eyebrows, and visible nicks on my eyelids. After spending over two hours there, I didn't feel comfortable allowing further corrections from someone who seemed unsure of the service. This experience was very disappointing, especially because I've been a loyal customer for several years. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures that new technicians are properly supervised before performing services on clients

While I was on a phone call, she overheard someone say, "I don't like her voice." She then told me to end my call because she no longer felt comfortable servicing me and sent another waxer to complete my service. What made this especially uncomfortable was that the original waxer was white, and I was then reassigned to a Black waxer. I have no issue with the employee who completed my service; my concern is how the situation was handled and how it made me feel singled out and unwelcome. When I asked for the original waxer's name, two employees gave me different names, (Alysssa W. or Ashley) which further raised concerns about the transparency of the situation. I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism regardless of my race, appearance, or voice. I am asking management to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, including speaking with the employees involved and reviewing what occurred before, during, and after my service. I also expect management to hold the appropriate employees accountable for their conduct, clarify why I was given conflicting information about the waxer's identity, and take concrete steps to prevent customers from being treated this way in the future. I would appreciate a direct response explaining how this matter was investigated and what corrective action will be taken.

UPDATE: If anyone is looking for the BEST nail salon in town, your ONLY going to find one, that's Posh Nail Salon! I have been back there twice since the first time I stopped in for a gel color change. Kacie the owner does an AMAZING job on my nails! The quality of her work as well as her integrity is impeccable. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for, and I DO NOT mind paying for the service and hospitality I receive from Posh Nail Salon. The prices there are VERY fair and affordable for what you get. That being said, let me just add that if your looking for cheap or free please don't waste these good people's time, they deserve to be paid for the quality of work they do. We came here to get 4 pedicures, one with a callous remover. My husband is SUPER ticklish, I had bad callouses and the other two in our party was a 5 year old (came on her birthday) and a 2 year old lol. They did amazing! They were patient, attentive and talked to both girls the entire time. The 5 year old messed her toes up 3 times and she fixed them back 3 times and after that we said there's no point lol The 2 year old didn't fit in the pedicure chair obviously, so they allowed us to dip her feet into ours. They gave the 5 year old pillows so that her feet could reach too. Not many places tolerate toddlers, this place did! And they are affordable... $23 basic pedicure. I rarely ever write reviews, but today I had to. It was my first time here and I had such a great experience. I made an appointment over the phone and came in for a gel mani/pedi. They seated me and got started very quickly. I was in and out in about an hour, maybe a little over. The lady that did my nails, Sarah. 10/10 recommend her! She did an amazing job on my nails and I can't really say that often for other shops I've been to. I will definitely be coming back to ask for her! She is so sweet and kind. First of all, I followed Kacie from Murrieta to her new nail salon, Posh Nails in Riverside. The first time Kacie did my nails I was awed by her work. She does her magic with gel . . . they don't lift and my nails look freshly polish until my next appointment. Her salon is spacious, clean, welcoming and always serving snacks and beverages while you're there. The other manicurists are courteous and friendly with great customer service. This is a long one, so I…read morereceived a 10% off coupon for my birthday which was perfect because I had a wedding to attend so I needed a pedicure, I have been here many times I've never had this experience as they have always been very friendly and on point with their services so it was never a question about where I was going to go. I went it and wasn't greeted I stood there for a bit before they approached me, I asked for pedicure I was sat down and I told them the service I wanted which was the CBD one which is about $88 with card which is the one I always get because they do hot stones, a 20 minute foot massage and scrubbing with hot wax. At first everything was going well until it came to the foot scrub, the lady only scrubbed the bottom of my feet I thought she was guna do the top last so I waited she then proceeded to drain the water so I told her she had forgotten to scrub my toes and top of the feet so she went back and quickly did it still leaving dead skin on, she moved on to the other services I told her I wanted a French tip. I sat there and let her do her thing she then began rubbing my feet which was horrible there was zero effort very lightly more as caressing rather then a massage, she then went on to the hot stones which she rubbed once on each side of my leg then put them away. She didn't finish the 20 minutes before she stopped and started drying off my legs with a towel. When everything was finished I looked and my toes were completely wrong the French tip was different, a piece of my nail was sticking out, the gel was bumpy. I went to the front to pay for the service and they asked me how it went I said I was unsatisfied with the way they came out I showed the polish and the piece of my nail that was sticking out. At first the lady up front tried to fix it but still wasn't able to I however had to leave because I was heading out of town which I said I had to go. She then told the lady who did my nails and comes back saying the lady told her I had a chip in my nail which is why the polish shape was off, she asked me if that was true as if I was lying about something or it was my fault. I paid and left they had texted me to which I left a review fully explaining what had happened. They then blew up my phone which I was at wedding, I then received a text which I posted below stating I could go in for a redo or get a refund, I declined the service because I had already gotten my nails redone when I went out of town so I asked for a refund. They then tried to offer me a $43 voucher to which I declined and then again asked for a refund, they then offered me a $43 dollar refund however they were also taking off the full 10% which only was going to be a $38 refund. I said no that was unacceptable as I was only getting a partial refund so adding the full 10% off was not okay. They then stated that was their policy. At this point I was done with the conversation as they were being rude and blaming me. I then let them know I would just be contacting my bank to dispute it through them. They then told me to go ahead and that the bank would contact them and they would let them know my services. I did not respond at that point then I received another message saying that the boss would not be arguing with me over 10% and that I could come in and get my $43 via cash. Again I did not respond. My services were $90 and the level of disrespect is so disheartening. I've come here many times I've spoke nothing less than highly of them and the treatment I have received over this. I will never be coming back here. They are nice people until something is done wrong then they flip and start being so rude and blaming the customer.
