However, knowledgeable and simple as my voice hoarseness might have been, it all went too quick for me. I'm not sure if the appt even took five minutes with Dr. Keshat after my 45 minute wait in the lobby. I would have liked to see my nose and throat video more. It was like, whim-wham, okay, you're done. After the appt I was waiting to schedule my follow up appt. and they misplaced my paperwork so that took another 20 minutes or so. So not real thrilled with the hastiness and the misplacement of my papers.

This is the feed back I received. 1st the gentleman that claims he has bought Hearing aids from Fluke Hearing. They have no record of you or the many visits you claim you have made. I have been with Fluke for 15 years and have never received anything but willingness to help if there is a problem. 2nd. In respect to the unwanted mail. I called some list companies and I was told that you are not only on one list if you are receiving mail. There are hundreds of list companies and to take you off of one list does not mean you will be taken off others. The Federal and State government clearly state that it is the consumers responsibility to sign up for a "Do Not Contact" status for all list companies that hold your name. It is really impossible. If you get unwanted mail from anyone please put it in the recycle bin. I am sure you don't call to complain to major food store chains to have you taken off their list. I own my own business and it upsets me that people would give a 1 star rating for direct mail contact or from someone saying they are a client and is really not. If you were a Fluke Hearing client you would know they take of problems like this. It costs them nothing and is solely the manufacturers cost because they are all warrantied equipment. I just think people should stop and think how this could affect a good business.
