Luckily, the general manager, Bill Schwam, was very sympathetic and within hours had one of the handicap vans for me to drive off the lot to pick up my wife and he personally drove me home. Over the weekend even, he and I finalized the purchase of the van at a very reasonable price. Thereafter he came to our home, met my wife, and kept in touch with us. When the van needed a minor adjustment, it was provided free. That is the epitome of an A+ manager-patron relationship. read more
