I went to this location yesterday for a workers compensation visit. I arrived maybe an hour and a half before they closed, needing antibiotics. The receptionist said they did not accept walk-ins 2 hours before closing for workers comp because the paperwork can take two hours. I was confused but understood and said I could come back tomorrow. The receptionist said they opened at 9am and I asked her okay if I could be attended to right when I got there, to which she hesitated and told me that there is a lot of paperwork. I ended up calling the company and was redirected to another hospital. I felt welcomed at the other hospital, and the other hospital expressed sympathy and urgency for my issue. I definitely do not recommend coming here since they basically turned me away. read more

I've come to this place two times closest to me. First time I went I checked in at 10:30 didn't leave until closing because they quote on quote forgot about me if it wasn't for the office manager who was the only kind person there I would have never gone back went back again stupid me and waited for 4 hours to have a super rude and non compassionate dr sims to help me. Went here on 5/21/25 no staff showed up that day. I called the Apple valley facility and they sent one staff member from over there. They didn't run her insurance till 1hr later. 2hrs later sitting in the hot waiting room (virus and bacteria grow in hot temps) kids crying, a man was in there for a burn and had sat there for 3 hrs!! 1:45pm finally called in and waited another 30mins. 2:08pm NP finally walks in checked out ears throat said it's a virus and walked out 7mins later . I'm a medical assistant and this place was so dirty, no paper on the beds it was not sanitized prior to us entering or leaving. Outlet covers missing...clutter in random spots of their work area. My main issue was after, no discharge papers, we were rushed out and was told rx would be sent to the pharmacy I had chose. That night I called the pharmacy only for them to tell me they had nothing for my daughter and I. Called and called from 5-7:30pm (says they're open) and no answer. Called this morning 2/28/24 no answer, called again 12pm medical assistant told me to call the pharmacy for my meds because meds had been faxed(pts shouldn't have to do that if it is a controlled med pharmacy will not give out info) I called the pharmacy they had nothing for my daughter I also asked them to check e-fax and fax machine and nothing. Called the urgent care back and she said she'd call the pharmacy. She called me back and said "the pharmacy said they'd fill her meds now, it was called in this morning. But wait Anya didn't you tell me it was faxed? Crazy.. anyways I won't be back I'd rather make the drive to Heritage Urgent Care!! Trust what everyone says you're better off going to the ER Edit: after 26hrs they finally sent my daughters meds but guess what THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG PHARMACY!! Worst urgent care I've ever went to. First time I went was on a Monday room was dirty no table paper trash overflowing. Had to take him my son back on sat morning was there before they open. Opening time is 8:30 am and it was 8:45 when an employee was just getting there with her Starbucks (no wonder she was late) was the first one to sign in again Bio trash overflowing, they didn't bother to take the trash out from the day before. They don't disinfect the rooms after patients, the room was not stocked they were out of mask table paper. The same trash behind the table I saw Monday was there Saturday. They prescribed my son a steroid which was all out of stock pharmacy tried to call them said they never got through. I called on Sunday a few times no one ever answered and I figured they were closed. Come Monday I'm calling still no answer so I drive over there and I asked if they were closed Sunday she says no they are open so I'm confused as to why no one ever answered. Got them to fax over the new prescription in pill form this time and they were also out, drove there again and asked for the prescription to be given to me so I can take It down the hill because my son was going to go with his father and the girl gives me The wrong prescription. It's one thing to be busy and another to not do your job correctly and these girls DO NOT CARE to do their job right. If I can rate a star lower than 1 star, I would. This is the worst urgent care I have ever brought my father in. First of all, we were the first couple of patients TODAY, that walked into their urgent care. I spoke to their front desk and they gave me paperwork to fill up along with a copy of my father's ID and medical card. Then, I waited for 2 hrs with my sick father until they called us to only say that WE filled up the wrong paperwork that THEY gave up to sign. So, I filled up the paperworks again and waited. After another hour, a whole new group of new walk ins came in and they were getting called one by one and we are still left without any updates or information. So my father finally stood up to check and see where he was in the line. Then their front desk person rudely said, " You can't be looking at that! That's personal information!" So my father got mad. Mind you that their sign in sheet has everyone's information out in the open and they are just getting highlighted as they get called. This is HIPAA! So when my father my shoo'ed away, my father got angrier and just asked for his ID and medical cards back and whoever the front desk that was working there just threw the cards out the window. I'm looking to file a complaint with the Department of Health because I am also in the medical field and this place either needs to be fined and audited or shut down for unethical practices and services. We will be on the lookout if they bill us for services we did not receive while my father is still seeking help and services for antibiotics he needs. read more

I only go here because it's close to my house. Gone numerous times and they had no Dr's at the location. They said we could do it virtual. Can't really tell much from a virtual visit. Why even be open if you can't see patients? Never trust them when they say you won't have a bill (you'll eventually get one) They also charge you for continuous care when you were only seen once. I went to see the Dr there whosaid the problem I had may by something to do with my heart so she suggested I come back for a test and gave me a prescription and it was sent to Rite Aid which is my pharmacy. The next day I called the urgent care to find out where my prescription was and the girl had to call the Dr who was at another facility, Dr said she was sending in the prescription for me to wait a couple hours, which I waited till the next day so I called again and here it is the fourth day and still no prescription or word from the Dr of facility now remember this was a problem with my heart she was sending in a prescription for. This it the worst care I have ever had from a Dr or facility. They have another facility so I guess I will take my chances at the other one and avoid this one all together. My friend brought her 7-year-old in today because she had been complaining of ear pain. They asked her mom if she had any Covid symptoms, and she said no, just a little stuffy and the ear pain from the night before. They told her they couldn't see her because of the stuffy nose...that they could do a "phone appointment."..all this after asking her if the 7-year-old had a negative Covid test in the last 72 hours. Why the living hell would she have?? How do you diagnose a possible ear infection over the phone?? So if I came in with a gunshot wound but had a sniffle, do I get a phone consultation while I bleed out? Seems odd to me that other places are able to see patients, but this place can't. I'll make sure to tell people if they are feeling sick to not come here...ever. read more

Avoid this place at all costs you will go here and they will not even see you but they will take your co-pay then they will tell you to call them but their phone line does not ring they won't let you go inside and they are completely useless. I go to the window and the receptionist drop the sign in clipboard on counter to sign in for a COVID for my husband and then I'm told I can't have a clipboard to fill out the paperwork because she didn't want taking it to the car and I can't fill out inside with the other people in the waiting room filling out their paperwork. I've got rheumatoid arthritis in both hands and my finger hing close and this very painful and I had to fill out 4 pages on my lap! I'm walking in and out with paperwork, so why couldn't I just of filled out in the office and then wait with my husband in the car????? My three year old son has a bad cough to the point where he throwing up and can't get a restful sleep. We explained to the nurse, Marinel Abellada, that we already tried the OTCs--Zarbeees, Claritin, normal saline, vapor rub, home humidifier, etc. The remedies does help, but it still didn't take away his bad cough. After 2 hrs wait around and being charged a copay, what we get is an OTC prescription for nasal saline! A) already stated at the office that we have been using normal saline B) how does this take away his bad cough? If you're in the medical field and don't feel comfortable prescribing medication beyond OTC, then I'm sorry it's time to brushing up your 101 therapeutics. read more

This urgent care is a joke, every time I go here the wait is a minimum of 2 hours even if gin get there right at open. Two times now they have sent my Rx to the wrong pharmacy, which in general is obnoxious but when your sick and want to just get right back to bed having to drive all over town is completely unacceptable. When I left this Time I asked the lady at the front desk to verify since last time my Rx was sent to the wrong place. She checked and confirmed it was sent to Target CVS. I wait for 45 mins while it is being filled, go in to pick it up only to be told that they don't have anything for me. Worst urgent care would rate 0!stars if possible Dr. Gregory Spenser Mynko has the worst bed side manner with much hesitation he got close enough to my mom to examine her swollen and painful foot they sent us to get an X-ray behind their building at 4:45 when the imaging place closes at 5 so no ex ray for my mom . We signed in at 3 waited an hour to be called back waited another 45 min to be seen only to meet a dr that did not want to get close enough to examine moms foot. I reminded him that her foot was cleaner that his exam room floors I got a death stare he finally asked questions and examined her foot sent us to X-ray when he knew it would be closing. I called them from the imaging place only to be told they have done everything right . How is sending a patient to get an X-ray to a place they know is closing doing everything right how is not having an X-ray tech on staff in an urgent care doing everything right.
