He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!

When I walked in and out of the laundromat, the guy kept grumbling about me tracking water in and out of the place. It became really annoying. My parents raised me with manners, I always wipe my feet before walking inside. There was no avoiding the moisture in the floor unless I took my boots off. In addition to that, I noticed the sign on the wall said 85 cents per pound for drop of service. When I asked the female employee for confirmation, she said it's 99 cents per pound. Yet another turn off. Hence, I never returned to this laundromat.

DO NOT EVER use. I went in there with my children (7yrs & 9 mos) after they altered the arms on my sons suit too short. The man who owns the place told me that I have no common sense and then proceeded to curse me out in front of my children. I simply stated they did not do what I asked and ruined the jacket . Really appreciate their kindness, making it a first priority, and the beautiful job they did. (I believe self-serve laundromat is also an option, but we chose to have them do it for us.). Open 24 hours too!! I wish I could give them 6 stars or more!

Rather than acknowledging the repeated mistakes, the staff were consistently dismissive, irritable, and seemed inconvenienced by having to correct their own work. If you do decide to use their tailoring services, I strongly recommend inspecting the finished work carefully before leaving the store to ensure everything has been completed correctly. My experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and ultimately did not meet even basic expectations for quality or customer service.

Their website says that their female fit models are between 5'7" and 5'10". That is average height to AEO but slightly too long for me. So I took the pants to Dutchgirl Cleaners, which has a fitting room where I tried them on. Seo, the tailor, pinned the extra fabric up until the hem touched my flat shoes. I usually wear flats and wore the shoes that I planned to wear with the pants. Then he folded the pants in and out and drew a straight line where the new hem should go. Now my pants fit perfectly. The service took in five business days because he used a sewing machine to make the alterations, and there were many customers ahead of me. Drew, the manager, who charged me $15 a pair. I had to pay in full before the tailoring was done (see photo below). The price though is reasonable for Suffolk County.

When I came for my pick up, I was given the price of close to $100.00! I gave them my ticket which showed around $70.00 being charged but I was told the math was done wrong and I was to pay the new amount. What if I didn't have the money they originally told me? Would they have kept my suits?? I paid it off and will not be going back there again. If you ask me, the proper thing for them to have done is kept the bill on the original ticket. The only thing I should be expected to do is drop off my wardrobe and pick them up for the price I was told AND given on the day of my drop off.
