The Cosmic Saltillo location is our go-to because it's walking distance from our home. This original location is amazing. Love the both so much. I like that there are food truck onsite, lots and lots of outdoor seating, koi pond, chickens, certified green spaces, and so much more. It's like being at the greatest campground ever. The interior is spacious. The entire place is welcoming and friendly. Super service. Super cocktails. Super coffee. Super other drinks. You see where I'm going, right? I love it here!

Merit Coffee is seriously one of the best spots around! The second you walk in, it just feels warm and welcoming. Merit is perfect whether you're a total coffee purist or just stopping by for a quick pick me up. Their coffee? Absolutely top-notch. Every cup is brewed to perfection, super flavorful, and just the right strength. And their pastries? So good! Fresh, delicious, and the perfect little treat to go with your drink. The ambiance is always chill and relaxed. But honestly, what really makes the place stand out is the staff. This coffeeshop is on the smaller side, with limited indoor seating and several tables available outside. When we arrived, it was pretty full -- lots of people working on their laptops. Despite the crowd, the atmosphere was relaxed and the service was friendly. I tried the cereal milk cold brew made with oat milk -- it was fantastic! Smooth, well-balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness. The pour-over was also excellent, clearly made with high-quality beans and great technique.
