Of the three (all of them seemed knowledgeable), PMSI offered the best combination of service recommendations and price. We found Dennis the sales rep easy to communicate with, and I felt his observations about what was going on in the attic were very sharp. The team that did the work arrived promptly and did the final inspection for holes, installation of a temporary one-way door, and sealing in two visits. We heard some noises above us afterward and called the company. They sent a representative who checked the attic (I came up with him). He found no evidence of new infestation. I believe we were hearing animals on the roof trying to get back in. After the first few days, we no longer heard any noise, so we believe the problem has been solved. I would certainly go back to them for additional work. They did not try to up sell us, which we liked.

After explaining my position they reluctantly agreed to come back out for 3 more days (this time to say there is no guarantee the traps will work).
