I also like how they take many pictures before, during, and after the work to document what's been done. We did have a significant issue after the roof replacement with leaking on the wall. However, Roberto was very responsive and sent a team the very next day to resolve the issue. While I wish this hadn't happened in the first place, I understand these things can happen, and I was impressed with how quickly it was fixed.
