The thing that bothered me most was the tech's indifference to a lady who came in asking for a manicure. The tech simply said "I'm busy". Nothing else. The customer paused, I imagine stunned at the rudeness of it all, then asked when could she be seen. Another tech in the salon finally told her it would be 1:00 o'clock. She politely said thank you and left. I was only one of two customers in the salon. Maybe they were booked with appointments or whatever, but I was surprised and disappointed in how the customer was treated so indifferently. I've never experienced that behavior before. I'm thinking this will be my first and last time at this salon.

I had to get them done by somebody different because I had an appointment I came early but twice she blew me off and had another customer in her chair. I even waited for her by jumping into a pedicure chair she still was working on the person so it ruined my day pluses I was overcharged for services I didn't even get done I walked out with a 50 pedicure and a 55$ manicure for a 155.00$ the math doesn't math. Needless to say I won't be back
