I booked an online haircut for "short" (there is no description for what short, medium, or long…read moremeans, I had slightly below shoulder length hair and wanted it cut to be above two inches). When I got to the shop I was immediately asked who I booked with and what it was for. They did not ask my name to look me up. When I said Michael they asked me to take a seat. Two ladies and Michael then gathered around the front desk 3 feet away from my chair and offered to take the appointment for him. He asked the ladies why it was booked for him and they said it was online. He sighed rolled his eyes and said "No I will do it". He told me it would be a medium cut as short was around the ear length. Once I got in the chair he was friendly. But he did not listen to me about what I wanted my cut to be and he kept correcting me on my terms for hair-cutting tools and how I did not want it done. He did it the way he wanted and my hair did what I told him it would (I have thick, fine, straight-as-a-board hair) it fizzed out and looked like someone chopped at it instead of doing layers or thinning underneath where it is not visible. That is the only way to give me volume and take the weight off without giving weird frizz lines in my hair. Then they charged me for a long haircut without saying why I was charged for long and not medium. It took 27 mins to do my hair and I have never been so ready to be out of a salon. Do not go here if you are looking for a cut. Do not book with Michael if you want the price you were originally told and do not come if you don't want them to comment on your coloring and try to upsell you to fix it.

BAD, BAD, BAD! This has got to be the worst place I've ever been to get a haircut, and this is not…read morebased on one visit. First the wait time is ridiculous and second the stylists are slow, 15 minutes is the average time to cut someone's hair, and when you sign in, that's how it's estimated, they had a stylist take 40 minutes to shave a half balding guy, The intentionally, slow stylist, who needs a lesson in customer service, was unprofessional, and was goofing off on purpose, hoping people would leave and everyone knew it, also she doesn't cut hair very well, worst hair cut ever, horrible. And yes I was complaining about the wait, as were others, almost 2 hours for a haircut is ridiculous, and unacceptable, and had nothing to do with being short handed. And that was after an hour wait, and a text telling you to walk right in, it'll be 15 minutes. This was not the first time I've been there, this place has constantly demonstrated that it's poorly managed, and they don't care who they hire. People were walking out both times I was there, and complaining about how slow the stylist were. I do not recommend this place, avoid it and you'll have one less aggravation in your life, and a lot less stupid to deal with, that is of course, unless you want your head shaved.

It is hard to believe all of the good reviews on this business. I was in there this week for a…read morenail dip and a pedicure. The nail tech didn't seem to know what she was doing but it didn't turn out bad. However, I told Frankie who did my pedicure that I wanted the $35 pedicure. I even showed him the picture on the brochure. I am a retired sr and have to account for all of my extras. So it was a SHOCK when they told me my pedicure was $55!! I guess he used a gel but no he did not tell me or ask me about it. I was so upset. Even the dip was $50 instead of $45. It seems like this place just tries to steal money from their customers. I normally leave a $20 tip but I couldn't today because of the overcharge. This is definitely the LAST time I will visit them!
