Even after I explained multiple times what I wanted, he continued to argue with me instead of listening to the customer. When he started doing the French tips, they were visibly crooked. I pointed this out, but again, he insisted that I was wrong and that they looked fine. The shape of the nails was also awful. I asked for square nails, but they ended up looking uneven and shaped more like teeth than square nails. To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they refused to refund my money. Instead of trying to fix the situation, they told me they didn't want me to come back. After the experience I had today, I wouldn't want to return anyway. Overall, the customer service was extremely unprofessional, the quality of the work was poor, and they took no responsibility for their mistakes. If you call ahead most days they can fit you in somewhere. Techs are amazing and I haven't had a bad experience yet.
