But I could tell from my daughters first appt that we have finally found a practice we can stay with. I was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the waiting room and the efficiency and level of care my daughter received. She had some anxiety from a bad experience at a previous dentist and was immediately put at ease here. She left with a smile on her face. I was back last week with my other daughter and again same scenario. I was impressed with the entire office and experience. The hygienist was wonderful with my daughter and I really liked Dr Brad and the amount of time he took answering questions we had especially since it was a little more of orthodontics questions than dental since my daughter was switched from braces to Invisalign recently. However he was happy to answer any questions because he said his main concern was my daughter having the best smile possible. That says a lot to me when a dr will take extra time and not make you feel rushed or like you are bothering them. It was important to me to find a practice that is family run and so I am very happy to find that with Drs Burau! I would recommend Drs Burau to anyone I know looking for a great dental experience. I cannot imagine them being disappointed. I feel we have FINALLY found our family practice that we can be with for many years to come!!

After months of asking them, they couldn't get my 18" tape ins in the color Belize in anymore it seemed and I happened to call the Linden road location and they had them, a ton of them and said they never had issues keeping them in stock so I came in and got them. I got other things there too and man were they generous about coupons, gave me some free stuff and charged me so much less for the same things I always paid so much more for in Grand Blanc. I kept still occasionally visiting the Grand Blanc location and I went again today and the experience actually made me feel pretty horrible and I almost cried. I had to pick some things up and was looking around and wasn't finished shopping but I had to use the restroom so so badly. I knew from being a regular that they had a bathroom and they had let my son use it a few times so I didn't think anything of it. I knew one of the girls was in the back room and the other was up front very busy with the constant flow of customers so I called into the back to ask the one girl if she was back there and if I could use the restroom please - if not no big deal. When I leaned into the doorway of the back room, the woman up front left her customer and came running at me in attack mode angrily asking "can I HELP YOU???!" like I was about to rob the place or something or was doing something horribly wrong!! Omg I was so so embarrassed and the girl acted like I was a stranger. I just had to pee, I wasn't trying to hurt anyone. Everyone in the store was staring at me.
