I've been a Yelp Elite member for seven years, and this was honestly one of the most enjoyable small-group events I've attended. The group size was small, which meant we received plenty of individual attention while making our bath bombs. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They shared the story behind the company, how the franchise started, and how this particular Fenton location grew. We also got to meet several team members who have been there for years, which really says a lot about the atmosphere they've created. Everything is made on-site in their soap kitchen using plant-based ingredients, with no parabens, phthalates, or harsh chemicals. Even better, everything smells amazing. One of the coolest features is how customizable their products are. You can choose a scent you love and have it made into laundry soap, body lotion, body butter, soaps, and more. They carry much more than soap too, including laundry detergent, dryer balls, car scent fresheners, shaved soap, and body care products. I also learned they host workshops and private events that can be booked for birthdays, parties, team outings, and other special occasions, which would make such a unique and fun celebration. The store is conveniently located near Walmart, restaurants, and right off the highway, making it an easy stop. I've lived nearby for years and somehow didn't realize this gem was here. They also have a full-service hair salon and makeup artistry studio located in the back of the store. You name it, they sell it: shower gel, hair color, moisturizers, cleansers, makeup, brushes, etc. You get the whole works! They sell a fairly large number of men's grooming products, like my husband's favorite line, Jack Black. Their prices on some things are pretty competitive, on a par with the cosmetic counters at Sephora and Macy's, while other lines are bit higher and their own signature brand are very affordable, made more so by the constant clearance deals, coupons and bonus GWP promotions. They have amazing deals, just hit the clearance bins! I routinely pick up hair care products (John Frieda) for $3.99 and their signature brand shower gels and lotions for $2.99 in the clearance bins. I never fail to scour those bins and shelves for the best deals. Sometimes I score better deals on the clearance items located near the registers than I do with the sale aisles located further back, sandwiched between the cosmetics and skincare displays. Even if you haven't signed up for their rewards card, they still often send out coupons for $3.50 off a $10 purchase and other regular deals. Don't forget to sign up for Ulta's rewards card, though. They have double points months and you get an awesome beauty gift the month of your birthday- I received a free full-size Calvin Klein mascara ($18) during my birthday month, which was shortly after I signed up. Better than the GVC store…read more.. This one is chock full of the exact same cosmetics/perfume brands as the other Sephora's, this particular location has much better customer service. I've shopped in here a lot lately and love picking up samples of new fragrances/serums/moisturizers, etc.. this store is particularly generous on that front and the customer service experience here has been amazing. The lines are also shorter and faster than the GVC location and some of the larger Sephora's in other towns. I has a largely unopened new bottle of perfume from here that had a defective seal, causing all of the perfume to evaporate. The manager kindly exchanged it for a full, brand-new bottle, no questions asked. I greatly appreciated that. I often pick up makeup brushes, fragrance and Sephora line lipsticks and highlighters here, plus items from a couple of other lines. The selection seems impressive for a smallish space and the layout is super organized. While I still go to Ulta, this particular Sephora is a good option for fragrance, makeup brushes and moisturizers.

We had talked a small bit, and discussed any trouble spots that I was having... and she made sure to spend a bit of time on each and every sore spot I had.
