I rarely write reviews, but I absolutely had to for Heather at Temecula Wigs and More. If I could…read moregive 10 stars, I would. I've always had very fine, thin hair, and as I've gotten older it has only become thinner and more delicate. Years ago, I had a bad salon experience where a stylist fried my hair to the point that it literally fell out in clumps. After that, I swore off salons and resigned myself to the idea that my hair would never look good. Why spend a fortune when I could get the same disappointing results from a $9.95 box dye from Walmart? Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I was preparing to attend a conference for my husband's work and decided I wanted to go from a darker ash brown back to a light ash blonde. Unfortunately, my DIY color adventure left me with bright red roots, green ends, and a middle section that was some mystery color all its own. To say I was upset would be an understatement. I was nervous about going to a salon for color correction, but I also couldn't leave my hair the way it was. That's when I decided it might finally be time to look into wigs and toppers. I made an appointment with Heather, and from the very first consultation, I knew I was in good hands. She is incredibly knowledgeable about fine, delicate hair and all the options available for hair thinning and hair loss. She's honest, kind, and never pushy. Whether you want her to handle everything or work alongside your existing stylist, she'll meet you where you are. Personally, I highly recommend letting her do it all! Together we decided that, since it was summer, a color correction, fresh cut, and topper would be the most comfortable and practical option. Heather did an amazing job with my bio hair. For the first time in my life, I left a salon not only feeling confident about my natural hair but actually liking it. Then we added the topper, and I went from liking my hair to absolutely loving it. I attended the conference feeling confident, comfortable, and excited about how I looked. That may not sound like a big deal to some people, but for someone who has struggled with thin hair for years, it was truly life-changing. If you're considering visiting Temecula Wigs and More for hair loss solutions, toppers, wigs, do it. I am honestly grateful that my hair color disaster led me to Heather. I'm excited to continue exploring wigs and toppers with her and to have her continue caring for my bio hair. Thank you, Heather, for helping me feel confident in my hair for the very first time.

I visited this shop yesterday. I happen to be in the area, I'm from out of town.(San Francisco.) When I arrived a little bit early, she was busy with customer and her girlfriend. She explained the different wigs and toppers. How they were made and how the quality differ. She had quite a variety of choices and colors. I tried the topper but my hair's too thin, it won't support it. I do have a couple of wigs at home that have curl, but I wanted something with straight hair. I am a Burnett, but I've been curious about gray. I keep thinking I need to honor this color and maybe let my hair naturally go there since I am going to be 70 this year. By surprise, the gray was also highlighted with brown and blonde. It was really beautiful, a 10 inch wig. I was blown away with how nice the color looked and it actually made me appear younger. I decided to get a brown with highlights that was 10 inches long. Jenny was a very friendly lady! A lot of knowledge, caring person. Makes you feel comfortable when you're at a weird chapter in your life. My thyroid isn't happy so my hair thin. Do yourself favor and set up appointment. Just because our body changes and challenges us doesn't mean we have to let go of our beauty. The waves look so natural and now my care looks full and healthy. I left with the wig on and stopped at the store and got a compliment. A little offguard, but it sure felt good to not feel different!

The whole process can feel intimidating, but they truly went above and beyond to make it easy and stress-free. They walked me through every single step -- explaining the different styles, cap types, care instructions, everything. I never once felt rushed or pressured. They were patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was that they let me try on several wigs and really take my time seeing how each one felt and looked. They made adjustments, gave honest feedback, and made sure I felt confident before making a decision. It didn't feel like a sales experience, it felt supportive and personal. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. If you're nervous about the process or just don't know where to start, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend.
