I came in and advised the person that I needed two packages of virgin hair 18, 20, 22 in natural black. He suggested one brand of hair, I asked about others and he said that this brand was the best. I'm no expert, so ok. I check out and leave and notice in the car that he gave me a 16, 18, 20 and a 18, 20, 22. I called then went back into the store and he noted that the person will probably not use all of the hair, so I'll be ok, and because only one bundle is shorter. So, I'm on my way to the appointment, and notice that he gave me one natural black, the shorter set, and the longer set (which I need for the style) was the wrong color, a reddish brown. I called him and he said I could bring it back for a refund, but I would miss my (very expensive) appointment about 40 miles away. I got the install with the longer (red) hair and it looked horrible with my hair color and the red. I then had to dye my whole head, but the reddish bundles would not take the color, so now I'm going to have to take this out and have it redone with new hair after 1 week. Can't image a worse customer experience for a company that claims to specialize in this area.

A friend had recommended Alyssa and I looked at her instagram page and loved the results from her previous clients and my friends results. When I arrived I almost instantly felt at ease. Alyssa was so sweet and reassuring and walked me through all the steps! She is quite the perfectionist on sketching out your brows- BUT WE LOVE THAT! After a few different sketches of both brows we were both pleased with the blue print she sketched! So, it is going to hurt when she first starts... But hold on!! The beginning is the worst part! Alyssa was ready to stop if I needed a break and was so calming and soothing. She made conversation to help distract me too! In no time the worst part was over and she applied the numbing cream and I was instantly numb. The rest of the session was a breeze! I am so in love with my results and it's only been 24 hours. If you're tired of doing your brows everyday please do yourself a favor and schedule with this brow queen! You will not regret it, I PROMISE! Can't wait for my touch up! :)
