I knew I would be overwhelmed by how much I needed to learn to make a well founded decision, but upon entering I was greeted by Sheree who was not only very knowledgeable, she was a extremely patient with me as I vacillated between styles and color. On top of helping me, she also turned her full attention to each customer who came in after me, making them feel their visit was just as important. I found this very classy. Sheree encouraged me to try on several styles and gave me honest feed back on what looked good on me or about the wig construction itself. In the end, Sheree was able to choose an excellent wig and color match to my bio hair, which means she was listening to me, and that my satisfaction with the overall experience was more than just a sale, it was about establishing relationships.
