When we started back down the mountain the serpentine belt broke and we needed a tow which took 4 hours to arrive. We had it towed to Buddyz in Willcox but arrived around 5 pm which is near closing time. The mechanic immediately began diagnosing the issue and discovered the water pump was bad and caused the belt to break. The local parts stores had to order them for next morning delivery. They completed the job by 2 pm on Thursday. I really like their service and hospitality. They gave us a ride to our RV and even picked me up on Thursday to get the car. The cost of the service was very reasonable considering they gave us such quick service because of our situation. We only lost one day of our vacation plans. Thanks Buddyz!

The response I received made the interaction feel slightly tense, including being told I could "find someone else" if needed. When the technician arrived, I explained the issues and the codes I already had. During the inspection, the technician began deeper inspection work on the vehicle. I was not clearly informed beforehand that more extensive disassembly or work beyond a basic diagnostic could result in additional charges. Afterward, I was told the diagnostic would actually be $200 due to the depth of the inspection, despite originally being quoted $65. After discussing this, I was ultimately charged $75.
