I asked him for an estimate before buying the parts, but he didn't offer one. When he got to our house to start I asked again for an estimate, to which he replied "I'll be fair ". When the job was done, 3 hours later he asked for $400. I was shocked, but paid him anyway. That's about 135/ hr. In my view, that's a lousy way to do business-especially when dealing with a repeat customer.

We had it towed first thing the next morning and our car was ready the following day. Being a mama with 2 babies, we really needed our car to get around (and to get home by Saturday). Greg and I communicated over multiple text messages, and Greg did exactly as he said he would do. Greg discovered that the car had a stuck throttle body, that caused the fail save mode to engage. He was able to get my Expedition back up and running, and saved my daughter and her friends vacation. If I lived anywhere in their service area, i'd never take my car to a dealer or other auto service repair shop. He is a great value and gets it done.

I took my truck to another mechanic to see what was going on with my truck because the check engine light was still on and code was reading replace the fuel tank pressure sensor. FastCare mobile so called mechanic/jackleg did not plug the sensor back up so it can read the pressure in the tank. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
