They told me to come back when the "main manager" was in town didn't even look at the shoes. Well I work and my younger daughter is in school and has practice that's why I'm there on a Saturday. Also mind you my older daughter spent about $200 in the store for herself and her sister. They'll take your money no problem but their exchange policy is not good. I will never shop here and my older daughter will not be shopping here again either.
