Didn't expect the handwritten thank you note to be in my mailbox upon my return though! Sarah and the SFS Duck Crew had written to thank us for the purchase and hoped we were enjoying our waterproof OnClouds. On top of that, they included at $10 certificate for our next purchase. But they also carry more stylish and popular brands like Vans, Sperry and Nike. I am now the new owner of a pair of Nike Running shoes.  Picked out by my wife, I felt these shoes will help take me places. They will be places I want to go. I also aquired a pair of dark gray Pumas. Depending on how the light hits them, they will look black or gray. I tried on a few other pair of shoes, but they did not pass the run test. My wife also had a part to play in the choosing of shoes.  Nevertheless, there were more than one staff members here, but only one was visible the whole time.   Was the service here good? No, we were pretty much by ourselves.  Was the check out process easy? Not only did the signs clearly label they were ( I'm not an idiot ). The prices of the shoes were much higher than labeled, ex I picked out $80 pair of shoes were $120 on receipt. Cashiers were very unpleasant, rude, not helpful. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I would rather wear shoes made of broken glass than go back into this store and give them any of my money.

We had not used it and attempted to return it (folded, stickers and tags still attached) only to be met with a strong "no, you're not allowed". We had bought it the day before and had the receipt which clearly states that returns are allowed within 30 days. On top of this when we checked out we requested to split the payment down the middle (so we could pay half-half) and the lady at the counter said yes, but when he put his card onto the machine it paid the full amount. It was very annoying that the lady at the counter didn't know how to work her own checkout machine. Never go to this store.

The owner, Amity was so helpful in selecting the dresses for my daughter's eighth grade dance and they were both so pretty (and age appropriate) that we HAD to buy both. One was by the brand BB Dakota and the other was by Blu Pepper. Both were fully lined AND under $100. I noticed the store had a large selection of Free People and other trendy teen brands. Amity and her staff try to buy the cutest, best quality clothes and sell them at a reasonable price. There really are not many stores where you can find a fully lined dress under $100 dollars. I wanted to see a necklace that was in a case, so I waited patiently until one of the two employees was available. When I asked if I could see it, the employee dramatically sighed and asked which one. I pointed it out, and she grabbed it, put it on the counter, and immediately started walking away. I had to get her attention again to ask what material it was. She responded, "Well, what does the tag say?" I looked at the other side of the tag, which had "gp" scribbled on it. She then said, with an annoyed tone, "Okay, so it's gold plated," as though I had asked some ridiculous question. Then she walked away again. The entire interaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was trying to purchase an item from the store. Instead, I was made to feel like I was bothering her simply by asking a question about something I was considering buying. I was so put off by the interaction that I didn't even want the necklace anymore. Why go out of your way to make a paying customer feel unwelcome for no apparent reason? I won't give my money to a business where the staff can't be bothered to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. If you look at their Google reviews, the staff's attitude is a known issue. They apologize in response to reviews but make no adjustments. It's a shame for a store with such a nice selection and location to have the employees ruin the experience.
