I walked out feeling upset and mad as I asked her even if we are vaccinated and she said masks were still required. As I walked out I explained to her she just lost $400 sale as we were all there to get 1-2 pairs of Birkenstock's. The state of VA has lifted all mandates related to COVID. I guess they don't want our business... and no one was in the store only 1 store associate.

Before putting the item into my cart, I clicked on the hyperlink for "Shipping" for their shipping policy and saw that items over $75 are shipped free (see screenshot). However, after adding the sweater to my cart, I then I realized that I was going to be charged $13.95 for shipping (see second screenshot). I honestly do not understand how a business can advertise free shipping within their shipping policy for orders over $75 and then charge $13.95 for an order that costs $127.46. Clearly this is an issue that needs to be addressed to avoid false advertising.

I understand that with the quality of leather that there will be minor scratches and visible bend marks. It's a British company with some nice outdoor/skii-type clothing and I actually found a really nice black puffer jacket on sale for 70% off inside and got a steal on it!
