The mall is nice, but the upper parking lot is ridiculous. The excessive amount of speed bumps force you to drive slower than you would walk. Not sure what is up with all the crazy painted lines, either. Is there a timeline for all of that to be fixed? read more

The thing that really upset me is the exorbitant price for the kiddy amusement rides. $2.00 a ride !!! Are you kidding me?!? You know that you would attract more riders if you dropped the price to a reasonable price like .50 cents then parents would be willing to let their kids ride numerous times. S many times I saw people walking away and shaking their heads at these ridiculous prices dragging their disappointed kids. Get real folks ! One way to deal with inflation is to NOT raise prices. You want people to come to the mall , have a good time and spend money ? Then don't rip them off on the amusement rides. read more

NGL---- This is a nice mall with a good variety of Big Box and independent stores. Feels safe and pretty clean. Can't ask for too much more in an enclosed mall. Parking is easy. read more

This mall is the okayest in New Hampshire. Most of the stores I went into were lacking in inventory. There was a strange amazon package underneath the bench a friend and I were sitting at, this random janitor came out of nowhere when we were sitting down and pulled it out and just plopped it next to us. It was a strange encounter to say the least, as this amazon package was not ours nor did we even know it was there. I don't know why it was given to us. We kinda just left it on the bench and walked off. There was also spilled milkshake that was solidified into the rug by that bench. I stepped in it. Not happy. The bathroom situation is a disaster. It took us ages to find one and we made the mistake of picking the ones by the food court. Both the men and women's restrooms were trashed and apparently nobody else in the mall knows how to aim considering how the floor by the urinals looked. Didn't help that Viva la Vida by Coldplay was playing in the background. I guess that's just a typical public restroom. Still did not enjoy. read more

Tl;dr felt FORCED to buy when I said no, relived past truma One of worse experiences of my life. I went last week and it was my first time back in over 20 years. It going fine when a woman in the middle of mall on the first floor approached me and started talking to me about a hair straightener. I foolish told her she could tell me about the product, which turned into her taking out my scrunchy(without any warning or consent from me and started straightening my hair). I wasn't happy but didn't make an issue of it. Then I stupidity said I'd buy it($200). Then she tells me they have a hair dresser who since I bought it would do my hair for free. He come over and starts pressuring tho buy $300 worth of hair products(two items in total) and hair dryer, and asked about extensions. I said no repeatedly and I was NOT allowed to leave, they had my money but I had no product. And while all this was going on he kept asking me personal questions(some of with I answered and some I ducked) and kept saying what a "nice person I was" and expressing sympathy and it was incredibly minipulate. I was kept there for over 40 minutes. He lowered the price of the hair care products to $100, I wanted to ask for my 200 back and leave, but at this point he sat down in front of my shopping bag from a different store I had been at so I caved just so I could escape. I was warned down, emotionally manipulated, I felt violated, I went back to my apartment and cried. What was supposed to be fun day of escape turned into a nightmare. I even hated, really hated how my hair felt when they were done with it. And when I was allowed to leave he said it non-refundable. Any mall that would let this go on in there facility is disgusting, and merely reprehensibleand I will NEVER go back there. How dare you let people who go to your mall be treated this way. On top of everything else I have entrapment issues and truma, so feeling trapped from not being allowed to leave without buying shit I couldn't afford was really something I needed. read more

The best thing to happen to COVID-19. Many people were not wearing face masks despite CDC recommendations. When prompted about this, the "security guards" at the UL by the Macy's told me to "get over it". I'm pretty sure they get paid to ensure safety and actually do their jobs, but I suppose not. The Mall at Rockingham Park is Salem's hidden gem. NOT! The largest mall in New Hampshire, I frequent this mall actually infrequently, only 2x a year. Usually on a freezing cold weekend day in January. I reviewed this Mall once before, however Yelp HQ deleted or merged it with the Rockingham Mall, which us locals know is around the corner or Rt 28 which houses the Christmas Tree Shops, TJ Max, Kohls, Etc. This mall is owned partially by Simon Malls, and has JP Penny, Macy's, Sears, and soon, Lord and Taylor as anchor tenants. Some smaller stores include: A&F, Pottery Barn, Banana Republic, The Kitchen Place (my favorite Store) and FYE Music, CVS, Brookstones, and many small clothing stores. Restaurants onsite are: Ruby Tuesday, Bertucci's and of course a massive heart attack food court with Merry- Go- Round carousel for the kiddies. 2 floors, a very roomy and spacious arched ceiling with skylights, which really heat up in the winter on a sunny day. This is a great mall conveniently located across the border, almost all cars in the parking lot have a Massachusetts car plate. They have most of the stores that you need. Lululemon, Sephora, Bath & Body Works, Abercrombie, Apple, VS, Pottery Barn, Pink, Champs etc. There is also a food court which seems to always be crowded. I came here during the pandemic because I really needed to try on clothes. Lululemon even offered free masks at their store! And Sephora did a great job of limiting the number of customers inside. The only part of the mall that was uncomfortably crowded was the food court, so I ate elsewhere. read more

Decent mall if you're in northern MA and want to shop somewhere without sales tax. Not the greatest selection of stores so I mainly come here to go to Sephora or the Medusa body piercing and jewelry shop. The CVS is also pretty nice as far as CVS stores in malls go. However, there are three main downsides. One: Those irritating kiosks that try to suck you in with free samples and badger everyone who walks by. No idea how those places stay open because I never see anyone buy from them. Two: The food court choices are abysmal. Half of it is unpalatable "Chinese" food. Don't come here hungry. Three: The parking lot/garage is unnecessarily complex with some one-ways and stoplights and whatnot. I don't know if it's because of the mall's location off the highway but it's annoying. I'd recommend getting a ride if possible so you don't have to deal with the maze that is parking. read more

Pretty nice mall, however, I love that there are so many small businesses located inside with unique and fun items. Just visited Little Giant Comics & Collectibles. What a gem! So many items, it took my fiance and I over an hour to look at everything! So many vintage and hard to find items and their comic book section is phenomenal! There is so much and such a variety here for everyone. Some new additions to this mall also include box lunch, so fun and this great little store called lilac & finch. This is a great mall. I'm an introverted extrovert so this mall being littler then other malls is no problem. I think the only thing you need to watch out for is the crowds and your golden. There is a little something for everyone. Big food court with lots of options so if you're hungry there's no need to worry about not having any options Stay safe out there. read more

About 40 minutes north of Boston, this has always been my go to mall in the state of tax free shopping. A vast variety of stores that perfectly fit into any lifestyle are all located under one roof. However if you can't find what you need here then travel down Broadway and there are many more stores. I'm not too much of a mall person, and I like coming here because I know that I won't run into anyone that I once knew...like back from my highschool days ( I really hate that). There's a pretty carrousel in the food court for the kiddos & Peter Pan adults, and the mall never seems too crowded. There's everything that I love here- Apple, Sephora, Lush. The whole is not equal to the sum of its parts. This mall has quite a good selection of stores, including a Lord & Taylor, but getting around can be a nuisance both inside and outside. For a mall of its size, I was surprised at how few sets of stairs and escalators there were. That was even more painfully evident today when the down escalator by Sears was broken. The upstairs parking lot is pretty much a nuisance too. Some rows are dead ends, and I've seen quite a few drivers have to make multiple-point turns to get back out, or else back up very carefully. Then there are the speed bumps pretty much in-between each row. Once you get beyond the navigation, or have no problem with it, shopping here is quite good. read more

Very dirty floor, probably gets sweeped once every six months. Tables are sticky and messy in food court, the chairs are all messed up. It's as if they didn't care. Many of the restaurants in the food court had employees who were not wearing gloves and had their masks below their nose which was bewildering to say the least. Very crowded area, no matter what day you go. A lot of teenagers in this mall, so I believe it's set for the younger audience. read more

Blech, this is not a good mall! First of all, I didn't even realize Hot Topic and Charlotte Russe still existed. Second of all, the food court bathrooms have this weird design where you basically have to walk through the men's bathroom to get to the women's bathroom. Had a small heart attack thinking I walked into the wrong one. Whatever happened to 'ladies first'? Third of all, the parking lot/garage is weirdly complicated. Really, though, my main criticism of this mall is that the selection of stores is just bad. Obviously some of this comes down to preference, but I was sorry to see that Rockingham doesn't have a Nordstrom or an Ann Taylor, for example. I would recommend making the trek to Burlington Mall for a much better selection. read more

So recently, I've stopped by Rockingham Mall it's been a while. Found out they they've added a play area for kids!! By JCPenney's!! So nice to see that there and have my Son enjoy the toys, books and beanie bag seats they have for the children! A busy mall, but not as busy as burlington. They have a good selection of small stores and 3 major department stores. Parking is ample. Food court is ok. They have several events a year here. Its fairly clean. I do not like the annoying kiosk people who always harass you. There are several teens hanging out in packs on friday and saturday nights. Skip those nights if you can. read more

The mall is really nice and upscale. The food options are also really good and the prices are not bad at all except for the pizza guy. The mall has been on our most frequently visited mall list and i really like it for their straight I shape where you up and down without any extensions like burlington mall. the best thing about is the Tax free since it is in NH. I avoided this mall for YEARS because I assumed it sucked. I assumed wrong. You can imagine my surprise upon walking in the first time. It's clean, bright, welcoming, and has a wide array of stores from Hot Topic [AKA the goth store in the mall] to Pottery Barn to coach and back to boring staples like A&F. What I really like about this place, though, is the selection of cool non-chain stores. Like the plaster place. I know it's for kids, but I wanna sit around and paint things dammit. Maybe one day I will. I'll be the sole adult at a table surrounded by screaming kids off my in own little plaster painting world. I'll do it this afternoon. Awesome. I've got a plan. Point is that I like this mall, and I don't usually like malls. So there you have it. read more

I had to go to the Salem Walmart so I looked up the nearest mall and this was it. I'm not sure why but I was under the impression that it would be somewhat ghetto low-end mall. Luckily I was wrong and it was actually a pretty decent mall. I found it superior to most of the malls we have in Massachusetts, especially north shore mall. We went on a Saturday evening and parking was very easy to find. The mall was clean looking and even reminded me a little bit of my favorite malls in Montreal. They had most of the stores I like to check out at malls: pacsun, garage, pink, sephora etc. we were also happy to see a JC Penney since our local one went out of business. My favorite thing was the no tax policy. I didn't have to pay tax on makeup! I'll be sure to return to this mall, especially when I'm in need of new makeup. read more

I like this mall way more than the SImon mall next door. Here you can find Christmas Tree shop, Bobs, Kohls etc...see the other review below! Its a great little plaza if you are just out looking to buy new clothes and housewares because you won't even need to leave the plaza, just visit all of the stores and never have to move your car. There is usually plenty of parking here as well. If you are desperate....the "Mall" is pretty much a minute drive and kinda sucks. read more

This is one of my favorite malls. I spent half a lifetime here when I was younger. It was one of the only malls at that time to have 2 floors. It used to have a Nathan's in the food court, and it stinks it's gone, but the mall itself is great. Ton of parking. Lots of stores. It's huge. And, best of all for people like me stuck in Taxachusetts: NO sales tax! I've been buying crap from here for years. Hey, it wasn't MY idea to tax the ever-loving-$%^& out of us Mass residents! Yeah, of course I'm gonna drive the 1/2 hour north and get the same stuff with no tax!! Right off Route 1 in Nashua - easy to get to and nice to browse and buy stuff. Love it. read more

The parking is atrocious, God forbid you go here on Black Friday. There are many amazing stores in this mall, but most have terrible clothing selections. Of course it's a matter of opinion or I'm just super meticulous, but my entire trip to New Hampshire was a flop. Most of the stores only carry sizes XS or L and XL, which made shopping very annoying. read more
