My mom and I spent Mother's day here and it was really nice. We sat at the outdoor beer garden while listening to live music. Then walked through some shops and eventually had a nice dinner and ice cream for dessert :) It was crowded as everyone had the same idea but it was worth it! Plus they have fire pits and you're near a man made pond which was pretty. This place is popular in the summer too and even winter they have a market. Lots of food choices more casual or classy, and shopping too. Parking can be tough but be patient usually a spot opens up. read more

I really love TUSCAN VILLAGE , it is a nice place to shop, eat and walk, however recently I have seen more and more electric bikes and scooters zipping around the village both on the streets and the side walks. Today ( Thursday July 9 ) I saw two individuals almost run over on the side walks near the pond by 2 different electric bikes. Normally I see security but naturally when you need them they are not there. I am going to try to reach out to TUSCAN VILLAGE authorities and if I can not contact them I will be following up with the Salem police. The Tuscan Village is still being built as of today. Now in phase three, the former Rockingham Park Race track is just a memory. The multi- use project is a mixed development of housing, offices, the Artisin Hotel, stores and restaurants and so much more. Some of the bigger names to include is the new Tuscan Market Basket, LL Bean, Tuscan Kitchen and Market, Mass General Brigham Medical Center, WHole Foods (Still being built), and Capital Grill. I have gone and checked out several business over the last few years with mixed results. Many of the stores and restaurants are expensive (being compared to other stores and restaurants outside the village). Parking can also be an issue- I have given up a few times and left when I could not find free parking. I am not a big shopper so I dont go that much. Im local and when I do go, it can be overwelming as there are so many people and cars. read more

This review is in regard to the outdoor bar. This was so much fun!! I brought my mother from SD and she loved it. It was a beautiful fall Saturday. Got there right when a group was leaving one of the fire tables and we plopped right down. I went to the bar and ordered us some angry orchards with the rim (maybe caramel with pie crust) and it made the angry orchard so much better! My bartender was kind, he ID'd me and gave me a wrist band. Frankly, I like when bars care about serving legally. We sat down and enjoyed the live music and seeing all the cute dogs walking around. We looked at the food which also looked good, we didn't order any though. Great time! read more

The complex is beautiful. But it seems to attract many very loud cars. They "chase" each other around the shopping/restaurant area and I found myself wanting to hit the ground multiple times because it was so startling. I will likely pass in the future. read more

Sam Adams outside bar could be enjoyable if they would not have their piped music blasting while there is a band playing, it's awful with the 2 different songs playing. Many bartenders were on and while sitting at right at the bar it was very slow service. read more

Pizza is good. Do not get anything else. The pastry and ice cream are delicious but very expensive. Drinks are fine. The ambience is very pleasant. I like the indoor and the outdoor dining and atmosphere. Very nice read more

This review is for the outside bar at Tuscan Village. I have really enjoyed meeting up w friends at the outdoor bar this summer, and the food offerings have been good, however I was there this past Friday from 4:15 until the bands first set began and though it wasn't that crowded at the bar and there were plenty of bartenders, to get one to wait on us was another story. No excuse for bartenders to not even acknowledge that customers have been wanting for 15 minutes without being waited on. Top reflected the service provided. read more

Went to the newer tuscan village restaurant in salem nh on May 27, 2024. Ordered a Caesar salad to split with my friend and they brought out one awful looking salad. Dressing on the side, since when on a Caesar salad ? lettuce was limp, they just threw the bacon and parm (barely any) on top in a clump. Lettuce wasn't even chopped or cut up nice, it was huge pieces of lettuce and it was warm, not a nice cold salad as it should be. Worst Caesar salad I have ever had. Obviously didn't eat it. My friend ordered shrimp scampi, gross. They used small shrimp that tasted awful, no flavor at all to the scampi. This is an Italian restaurant they should know better, never offered any bread either. I got the steak tips, with potatoes and broccolini. Steak was tough, broccolini was burnt, potatoes were just ok. We were very upset with everything, so sad to say. The owner has been in business for a long time, this shouldn't happen. We will never step in the Tuscan Village Restaurant again!!!! read more
