But when I arrived at the Rockingham Mall, unfortunately the boots were not my size, but 1/2 size too big. Many thanks to Paola for calling multiple stores to locate the boots for me. Finally she located them in Florida, and had them shipped. I am so happy! Paola did a great job, and is very customer service drive. I cannot thank her enough for helping me get these boots!

When I went to the Salem store, Maria was working and helped me right away. She listened to my needs and what I was looking for and went right away to get some options. She came back with 2 different bags for me to look at and compare. She let me put my laptop and all my belongings in the bags to try them out. She then went and found a 3rd bag that I might be interested in. She spent all her time focused on just me and my family, not other customers. Maria made sure that all my needs were met and that I found a bag that I would enjoy and use. She also took pictures of my computer in the bag that is advertised as a laptop bag to share with her manager to try to fix this issue. I highly recommend the Salem Michael Kors store and ask for Maria!

I found exactly what I was looking for at this location for a good price and am very pleased! Being that I was already there, I checked out some of the different departments toward the back of the store. I have been looking for an area rug for my bedroom... I'm probably way too particular... I've bought some thinking they'd work - got them home & then it's like ; What was I thinking??? And had to return them. Well, to my surprise I saw what so far appears to be exactly what I've been looking for.... And the price! Only $10.00 .... Yes, it's true! I took my new found chair and awesome rug up front to pay. I have even been asked here if I needed help in the soda aisle. Some might be annoyed by this, but I saw it was an employee actually caring about a customer; a rare thing these days for sure! If I had a complaint, it would be that some items get picked clean pretty quick. This isn't exactly shocking, as I am sure others have the same idea we do what with the tax free mentality.

I ordered a drive up order since I have a sick toddler. I forgot items and made a second order 30 minutes later. The second order was ready 5 hours later and had to be picked up by the end of the day. The first order was ready the next morning and I had til Friday to pick it up. Why the first one was ready second, I do not understand. I ordered 2 guaranteed pickup since I needed the help with the groceries, but when I arrived, the drive up "is unavailable." They could easily just turn off the feature as other stores have done. Save the headache and go to Methuen, or just skip all targets.

Sometimes you see the lovely, polite employees and sometimes you run into the rude ones that blab to other employees loudly instead of focusing on the customers. The store also could definitely be more organized. Also it's very disappointing how much inventory is stolen from this location. I was in the makeup isle and the amount of empty boxes was quite sad.
