The hand-held remote was wearing out and the connectivity between components was unreliable. We were forced to start using the various remotes that came with the original components which was a real pain. Calls to a few local companies were never returned, probably because this was a small job compared to a full home theater installation. I received a quote from my original installer and it was a lot more than I wanted to spend on a remote control system. On a community bulletin board I received three recommendations for Cloud MIS.
