100 % would never recommend them to anyone after what I dealt with!! I asked for their services because I'm selling my house and needed a deep clean. I specifically told the girl what I needed done, and everything was super half assed. I went behind and took pictures and cleaned. I called them to get a refund and complain, I sent them the pictures like they asked and I didn't here anything til the next day. The Owner said they could only refund us $66 out of the $400 and could offer us a free 30 min clean, anything after the 30 mins had to be PAID FOR!! What kind of customer service is this? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sent another girl out to clean, and when she was done she asked if it was good enough... with a smirk on her face and attitude!!! I mean how hard is it to do the job you're PAID FOR!!!! Obviously for them super hard. Today I had to clean AGAIN! Only gave them a star so this post could be posted. read more

The Merry Maids are polite and congenial. I have notes all over the saying leave this light on and leave that door closed etc for my cat. They always do everything I ask. I trust them completely and have no concerns leaving money or jewelry out. They are honest, hard working people and I appreciate what they do. I have never had an instance of anything being broken or even misplaced. They were prompt and very reliable...even during the bad weather we had last winter. I would highly recommend them. read more

I liked how the Merry Maids Supervisor, Kristin, worked with my limited schedule to work on cleaning my rental house after tenants departed to prepare it for sale. Kristin was professional and flexible and easy to work with. I felt their price was fair to begin with and after seeing how hard the team worked, I felt I got a bargain, great cleaning, and lots of teamwork. Kristin demonstrated that she really cared about my house and my situation. She demonstrated great leadership skills and her team worked efficiently and effectively.
