I came home and found dust in the dining room in the corner table and across my primary dining table. The stairway landing frame was as dusty as I left it. They did not get a chance to do the appliances as my daughter was an hour late for letting them in. After I called to find out what was going on, she said that she couldn't make it, but someone would be here in 10 mins. After 30 mins and then an hour, there was a now show. I found it to be unprofessional business practice, and also understaffed, as she could never get enough employees to handle the schedule. I will not be using this company for my cleaning needs. But as she says her business is booming, but she doesn't have the necessary help to get her business handled. Cleaning and Housekeeping are two different cleanings. I think this business is strictly for Commercial use. Move ins and outs are probably what they specialize in.
