We have a stainless steel kitchen sink which is a thin sheet of metal. First I called Cardinal Plumbing to schedule the installation. The girl on the phone told me that I would have to put the hole in the sink before they would install the air gap kit which is a $15 part at Home Depot. I told them then I don't need you. If I Cardinal is unable to do simple and easy jobs; then how can I trust them to do complicated and difficult jobs. I can no longer recommend Cardinal though they have done several repairs on my home. I called IWVP and the young lady set up the appointment for the very next morning within less than 24 hours. The gentlemen showed up this morning, drilled the hole and were done in about half an hour. They are very polite, friendly, professional and very competent. I HIGHLY recommend Indian Wells Valley Plumbing. They also only charged me $130 though the estimate was $150-&175. They under promise and over deliver. When we looked for licensed contractors for the job, we narrowed it down to 3 who were within about $1500 of each other for the same job. Working with Marilupe was a dream! A female contractor had the very best measuring tools, communicated clearly and as frequently as needed, and was very thorough. When we requested to get cabinets through a local company rather than regular suppliers, she happily began that partnership and the whole job was coordinated and finished earlier than anticipated and with great quality products.
