They also did not clean the baseboards as requested (which she acknowledged the mistake at first then backtracked and said they did). One of the cleaners asked to use our already cleaned microwave to heat up their lunch they brought. After all that we were still charged full price. Owner gave us some options: $100 off, a two hour cleaning or her handyman to replace the touchpad to make it right, but then proceeded with charging us full price after one day (during which we were still pricing out repair options and deciding what to do about fixing the microwave). The payment was very high ($780 for 3 hours and 40 minutes of cleaning) compared to other cleaners in town, so we thought it would be excellent service. Unfortunately, we were wrong.

I paid $150 upfront as agreed. Prior to the job, I was explicit--in writing--about my maximum budget and that any flexibility was conditional on being informed beforehand. Instead, once the team was already on site, the price began to escalate in real time. First, I was told the total needed to increase to $250 (an additional $100 over the $150 already paid). When I objected--because this exceeded what we had discussed--I was then pressured for "at least $50 more," framed as unavoidable because the workers were "overtime" and the clock was running. In other words: the terms changed after work had begun, and my consent was treated as irrelevant. The justification for this escalation was frankly bizarre. I was suddenly informed that the kitchen sink "drained straight to the bottom," implying a plumbing issue--and then implicitly accused of previously managing this with a bucket or bowl. Let me be clear: I have been accused of many things in my life, but secretly concealing a fictional plumbing failure with a bucket is not one of them. There was no known sink issue, and in any case, plumbing problems are not a cleaning surcharge, nor are they something a customer should be financially ambushed over mid-job. What followed crossed from unprofessional into coercive. I was repeatedly told that if I did not immediately pay more, Ms. Gonzalez would have to "come out of pocket," that there was "no time to go back and forth," and that payment later was not acceptable--despite the fact that the back-and-forth was initiated solely because the business changed the price after the service was underway. I was even asked who the homeowner was, an irrelevant and inappropriate question in context. At one point, Ms. Gonzalez explicitly stated that she does not care about bad reviews because she has plenty of good ones. So, respectfully: if you don't care, then here it is. Small businesses deserve support. Workers deserve to be paid. What customers do not deserve is to be pressured into paying more than agreed upon, blamed for unrelated household issues, and emotionally cornered into compliance while being told their prior boundaries no longer matter. I ultimately paid the additional amount simply to end the interaction. If you choose this company, understand this clearly: -- The initial price is not final once workers arrive -- New "issues" may appear without advance notice -- Budget ceilings may be disregarded mid-job -- Communication becomes pressurized and inappropriate Proceed with caution.

I came home and found dust in the dining room in the corner table and across my primary dining table. The stairway landing frame was as dusty as I left it. They did not get a chance to do the appliances as my daughter was an hour late for letting them in. Immediately heading to my bedroom, as I have had housekeepers for years in LA, I took my hand and ran it across my headboard and some of the dressers and picked up 4 fingers of dust. I called and she did agree to a revisit, which she promised me the next week and then the next week and then 2 days later she scheduled me for a 12:30 or 1, and the 3:00pm. After I called to find out what was going on, she said that she couldn't make it, but someone would be here in 10 mins. After 30 mins and then an hour, there was a now show. I found it to be unprofessional business practice, and also understaffed, as she could never get enough employees to handle the schedule. I will not be using this company for my cleaning needs. But as she says her business is booming, but she doesn't have the necessary help to get her business handled. Cleaning and Housekeeping are two different cleanings. I think this business is strictly for Commercial use. Move ins and outs are probably what they specialize in. Don't like using Yelp, but when a business has taken your money, and can't complete the job, then so be it. Very Unsatisfied Customer.

Splashes of coffee small marks on countertops they find and they clean it. The did not clean the outside until I had to ask and they called their boss to confirm. The slider door track wasn't cleaned, base boards, doors, trim, wasn't cleaned free of finger prints, just not what you expect when you state very clearly your expectations. The realtor of course had nothing to say but patronize me about how it wasn't them, blah blah, I reiterated THEY recommended her and I not only didn't get what I paid $150+ extra for but I had to re clean my own house for the photos after paying $550! The quality of service is a systemic problem in this town filled with corruption and lies. I DID NOT tip voluntarily and immediately complained to the referee of the transaction. Why would I tip if I wasn't happy, it was what I was billed.?Toxic, bullying and intimidation filled with lies is how this town operates. Good riddance.
