I was on the verge of a full on melt down when I decided to try one more garage before calling a tow truck. Luckily the next one I found on the map was Bill's garage. Brandon was incredibly helpful and professional and asked me to stop by so he could have a look. When I arrived Brandon came right out and ran diagnostics a few times and drive it around a bit to assess the situation. He felt like it was ok to drive it back which was a huge relief. The entire appointment was exactly 59 minutes. Not only that, when it came time to pay what should have been about $60, I was told it was all covered by the warranty on my Cooper Tires. They knew they would do it for free and still treated me just as good as a paying customer. In this day and age, that's something really worth noting. As a result, I will be using them regularly from now on. Their prices are reasonable, the work good and the staff is very good. This is the type of place I'd send my mother to for her car service. Had to Uber kids to school, call roadside assistance for jump. Was not told until back in person that the reason was THEY NEVER REPLACED THE BATTERY BECAUSE THEY DIDNT SEE IT ON THE PAPERWORK. This was the sole issue that had been discussed for 2 days prior. I'm still pleasant at this point; walk home. Receive call ACCUSING me of not giving them my keys; they strongly believe this because "I gave them the car running". I'm like duh, the battery's dead, that was a convenience TO YOU. At this point, I say "you already didn't render services upon payment in full and now you're telling me you lost my keys, why would I believe you?" I hung up, I'm on my way. On the way on my child's scooter, I get a VM, of course they found the keys. Pete(?) meets me outside, hands me keys, tries to show me "what happened". As I'm already getting in my car, he says "I don't appreciate you hollering at my guy". It was about 10:30am and of course they were booked for the day with only one mechanic on duty but said we could leave it and they'd try to take a look. Richard, the store manager, said they might not get to it until Sunday or Monday. We were scheduled to leave Sunday morning and let them know but their Sunday was also booked up. We left with our fingers crossed as we had to be back home Sunday night for work on Monday in the Boston area. We checked back mid afternoon but they hadn't been able to look it over yet and then checked back around 5 (we'd been told the mechanic was scheduled to go off duty around 4). We got there and the car was in the garage with Richard and Ivan the mechanic talking. They figured out the problem and repaired it! We were able to get the car Saturday and leave on time Sunday. We talked more with Ivan and Richard and they were so helpful, explaining what was wrong and answering questions (and showing us the bad spark plug). They really saved us by squeezing us in and we have only good things to say about the team at this location!

I need new tires for my truck so I thought I would see if Bath was still good. They are NOT. I set up an appointment for today. The scheduler said he would order the tires and make sure they were in before the scheduled appointment. I got there today and no tires. Not late, not back ordered just NEVER ordered. No one called to let me know so I wasted an hour and gas at these ridiculous prices just to get a shoulder shrug and a gee: it looks like they were not ordered. Do you want to reschedule? So glad the Topsham mechanic wasn't available to work on my car at the time, or he would have torn it apart for no reason. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
