    To go bottles and menu

Very cool spot that used to be a movie theater. Well made ciders and friendly atmosphere. They offer flights of 5 ciders, which is quite nice as they have many different varieties. I really liked their original, the Snowed in Cinnamon, and the Grapple Cider (has grape juice so tastes like a wine/cider hybrid). Most are offered to go in 750 ml or 4 packs of 12 oz bottles. Out of the7 I tried, 3 were really good, 3 were good, and 1 I didn't care for. Worth the stop and seeking out in Stoughton, or if you are in the Madison area.

The old Stoughton Cinema Cafe has been converted into Mershon's Cidery. The building still feels really unfinished, so don't come here for any kind of ambiance. But the ciders are good. I recommend a flight, because the flavor you like the best might surprise you. I thought I would like Peach the best, but the berry ended up being my favorite!

    Cider tasting. Yum!

Great variety of great Ciders. Big space but very minimalist. Warehouse chic. Needs food.

Don't follow the highway signs. It was misleading that this was an Apple cidery, but you walk in and it's more or less a bar.

Fun events such as Caustic Bingo and corn hole tournaments! Don't pay any attention to the people complaining about Caustic Bingo - they are Karen's. If you don't like sweet wine or are a wine snob, go back home. Or just anywhere else and complain. Just had my 38th birthday celebration there last weekend and Shaun and his staff were unbelievably accommodating!!!

The bowhunter was the most delicious "grape juice" I've ever tasted , never having a sweet red before , the crowd of people were in a good mood and there was a wedding going on near by . We got pet some goats and admire the scenery . Not too big of a place but just big enough to enjoy the place. I can't wait to go back.

I was there with a friend but others participated in the tasting as well and they were a fun group! They serve food (sandwiches, flat bread pizza) and have charcuterie boards for purchase as well. We did a cranberry chicken sandwich and a pretzel cheese plate. Both were very good! Besides wine they had canned items and cheese/sausage on sale as well. I will be back to check out the new experiences too!

The combination of buildings, patio areas, scenery is auspicious and genuinely inviting. It pulls you in to traverse among the building and the grape fields. They happened to have a 3 piece band playing and a celebration. The place was packed. They not only make wine but also a distillery as well. The stores and building were a perfect blend of culture and modern day appeal. We truly enjoyed the celebration. It was culminated by the owner himself giving a small speech of his roots and transition of coming to America. We had a blast! Definitely would come back if in area. Bought a few nice wines and whiskey before leaving. They have this band and get togethers throughout the year. The whiskey I purchased was made specifically for the 250th birthday of America. At $120 a bottle; $100 goes to veterans. The blend is a mix of red, white and blue corn in the amount of percent of the colors of the flag! The grain blends consists of three colors of corn, red (41.5%), white (40.9%) and blue (17.6%) mixed to match the percentage of colors on the American flag. Aged 6 years in new charred Wisconsin oak barrels! Stop here if you can!
